    Amy, I just want to thank you for all of your videos! I am a medic in the National Guard and I have been getting sent across the state to help at long-term care facilities since March. I only ever have about a 24 hour notice that I will be leaving my home, usually for an indefinite period of time. As an Exercise Physiologist and a Soldier, my workout is one of the most important and refreshing parts of my day. I love that whether I’m at home or in a hotel I can count on your workouts to bring me joy and a sense of normalcy. Please keep doing what you are doing! ❤️☺️

    I loved this and thank you for all your 30 min bodyweight hiit videos! 20-30 mins is the perfect home (in lockdown) workout with 2 babies! Extra resistance in all plank exercises from a toddler on my back just helps that burn lol.

    Thank you Amy! I had my fifth child seven months ago and recovery has been harder than with the others but I’m slowly starting to feel like myself again. Your workouts are so enjoyable because i feel like it’s ok to be where I am on a given day and you offer great modifications for postpartum/DR mamas. Thanks for being real and making workouts that are doable for everyone - no matter where someone may be in their fitness journey. I wish you and your sweet family a merry Christmas!

Yesterday was my birthday and I did my exercise before so that I could eat. Had salmon. So nice to be able to celebrate this year. Last year's birthday was in lock down and so boring.

    Usually like Amy’s cardio but this was not for me. Too much explaining and too many breaks. I feel like I got maybe 20 minutes of real work in. Also, if you wand do a pregnancy or post part workout video just say that’s who this is for and go with it so others can choose another workout.
