    After almost 2 decades of yoga practice and all sorts of HIIT, Pilates, etc, I have recently fallen in love with qigong. I could not be happier.

    If you want to stop smoking, try qigong for about a month before going cold turkey. Someone suggested me the same and its been working. Was smoker for about 8 years and today its my 16th day of not smoking. Thank you Mr. Holden for bringing the biggest positive change in my life.

    I agree. I'm so thrilled to find this Lee Holden 20 minute morning Qi Gong exercise on UA-cam. My old DVDs from eight years ago won't play in my computer's DVD player anymore. This is a real gift!

    I have only recently discovered qi gong and it has helped me so much. I decided a while ago to abandon taking medication and I have found this to be just as effective. I love the energetic feeling I get, and I haven't felt like this in years. I would urge anyone with chronic illness or otherwise to give it a try, its truly amazing.

    Qi gong is one of the only things of many many therapies and practices I've tried that has dramatically healed my chronic fatigue. I've begun to practice this everyday and now I can get up when I want to, my thinking and memory are improving and my sense of inner balance. This is meditation! I'm still fairly young but have this chronic illness and am so glad to get better. Now I can effectively help other people :)

      It is amazing. Nothing has helped more me in terms of overall well-being. It does wonders for mental afflictions as well. It balances your mind and body. Incredible. You just have to stay with it. It's fun, too. And, finally, I am so happy to hear that you have been healing from your illness. Love and peace to all!

      Hello! Yes, it is the most beautiful thing I have ever done. You have to at it, however. I do it before bed, and it puts me right to sleep. You may want to look into Master Mingtong Gu's amazing qigong videos. They are just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about qigong. Best of luck in your endeavors.     Big Thank you Tyler and Lee Holden. I've done this maybe 100 times the last 5 months. Started slow, but then just made watching this a morning habit. I also do his 10min evening routine. Rather than thinking about it. I just do it!
    I work with Expats in Asia, particularly China. My Father in Law is a master in Kunming. If you have any events or want to hold them in China please connect. After doing tonights routine I really felt a huge urge to thank you. So much gratitude. Thank YOU!

    THANK YOU FOR re-uploading this gem. it was part of my daily routine but was taken down. I was so dissapointed. I even have a few of Lee's dvds but there's something just so convenient about playing it on your phone of computer from youtube. that means wherever u are you can do the qi gong. I can't be grateful enough for u doing this. 😊

    As a healer myself with severe A.D.D. and PTSD, this helped me so much intregrate a healthy mind and spirit with my fitness regimen. I spent decades helping others and putting everyone first before me and thus neglecting myself so this is a MAJOR part of my healing process. "Healers, heal thyselves!!" Thanks Lee!

    This is my very first experience to practice ChiGong,and I feel wonderful after the lesson,and also during the whole day.it gives me strength,clarity,confidence and positive state of mind,which is not clear in these days of the "Corona curfew ".I 'm very glad that you are my teacher.your lessons are very clear and flow.i like very much the golden light ball exercise.i feel it in all of me.amazing feeling.i hope to adapt this new positive routine.it is so healthy.thank you so much.     Thank you for making and uploading this. I injured my shoulder doing HIIT. It was nagging ache at night for 1.5 years. I was convinced I needed surgery. After 2 sessions of qigong, the pain is gone and shoulder 100%, going strong with 0 pain for weeks now. I'm amazed.

    Tyler, still finding this video so helpful in many ways -- mind, spirit, body. I've been doing this easy precise qigong to help my kidneys and it seems to be helping my CKD stabilize. Got a bad cold last Tuesday and was feeling stuck in chair and bed; then realized i could do this and move the cold illness and stale energy out & get started moving some. It also really helps with mobilizing shoulders, arms, hands, legs. Thanks for keeping this on! And for the 10 minute evening Lee Holden!

    Thank you Lee, I have ataxia type 1 and started doing your videos 10 months ago and my ataxia has not progressed very much and I balance much better. Thank you also for sharing the video free. Nowadays everyone wants money. The universe always pays back exponentially. God bless.

    Lee Holden thanks for showing up in my living room every day and changing my life!!! After an accident I stopped my yoga practice because it was just too impossible to do. I now do this practice every day and not only do I feel hope again, it is easy to do and you explain it so clearly. . And being a cat person, I love that tigers are part of the moves! I am challenging myself to 100 days in a row. Day 11 now and I am already purring more! Thank you!

    Wonderful flowing routine and the explanation of what each move really enhances the experience. I just started doing this every morning and I’m feeling so much more balanced and energised. Qi gong for me is better than sitting meditation. It quickly calms my mind into non thinking. This is the best video I’ve seen as a morning routine. Thanks do much!!

    This is exactly what I was looking for. I did the 10 minute one first but felt disappointed when it ended and wished it was longer - then saw that there was a 20 minute one also. I have just done them both and feel fully energised and yet peaceful. Thank you to Lee holden and to Tyler for up-loading.

    Thank you Lee, for this practice. I was especially pleased that some of the moves focused on lungs and building immunity, a real intension for this day in 2020 during a pandemic. The practice brought me peace and strength to stay strong, and not take on some of the stress that is in the world.

    Thank you for sharing this Qi Gong Exercise Lee, I started doing Qi Gong 5 years in Jan. 2019. I have found it so helpful. We have a class and I also do it every morning for half a hr. I am 73 years old now and it has really helped me be more flexible. love and peace Judy Hillman.

    This is an awesome video..we would like to add, we are programming the unconscious and conscious mind in every moment so when we believe our body needs protection we are giving the transcendent ability of the light to transform the so called "negative" energies (lower density energies) back to light (the original intelligence and clarity of the source within). The energy of the earth has the ability to bring all back to its true authentic self. It is our own thinking and perceiving that keeps us from aligning with the earth and our true nature. have one suggestion when bringing energy up from the earth. In the spirit of oneness and the love of the Christ Within!
