I love this video! Now that I'm in the maintenance alumni program, my macros were too high and I started gaining instead of maintaining. My "new" coach at the Greenville office helped me plan to go back to a hybrid meal plan, and I'm working with it on the Cronometer. I'm loving this app, and figuring all the macros. This is teaching me the varied foods and combos that keep me below the limits. I'm not successful everyday, but since I was in the office (about 2 weeks ago), I have lost about 2 pounds. It's slow, but as I hear Ceil and you say, "Stick with the program," that's what I'm doing. THANK YOU!! Ceil is a kindred spirit and I join her in praying the Romans 8 verses for you, Ashley, and all of your staff. How special this Vitamin G!! 💜🌹❣

Pantry changes when going to a low carb lifestyle are huge. You think you are a good cook but then realize that so many recipes have a base of pasta, rice, beans, or bread. That was a big realization and why exploring other recipes was quite the eye opener. (Low carb but not crazy for 5 yrs, husband included) 😊

This program really impresses me. I am giving it ago with getting exercise in again and trying to lose 20 pounds. I have a lot of knowledge of eating healthy. But I am giving myself until September if I haven’t seen a positive progress I will be joining your program.
