    5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    50g corn oil(玉米油)
    100g Milk(牛奶)
    125g /1 cup plain flour(普通面粉)
    15g corn starch (玉米粉)
    5 egg whites (蛋白)
    1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
    80g sugar (细砂糖)
    Divide batter into 4 portions (面糊分成4等份)
    1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
    1 tsp green tea powder (绿茶粉)
    1 tsp purple sweet potato powder (紫薯粉)
