Just to explain, the price didn't drop after you refresh the app. The app just recommend the same item from another store or listing. It does mean you may be recommended with a less reputable seller.
Regarding which handheld to get, just note R36S was selling for £17 outside of 11.11 sale. They are now selling for £19. So you get £1 discount if you use the £3 over £19 coupon. Not really the biggest sale ever... but a £1 is a £1...

i got one for xmas from my wife. My first handheld :) . Is your Video on R36S ArkOS update - Step-by-step tutorial still up to date? Mine came with one 64gb card and Emulec installed. I am going to attempt to flash ArkOS and backup the roms it came with
