Listening to a lot of your videos it sounds like your bike is misfiring on throttle. I ride a bandit 650s too. Yours has much more pronounced stuttering when on throttle. Could be a leak on the exhaust - or that the ECU isn't able to compensate with such a small end can without the baffle in. I use a 350mm black widow with baffle and it sounds way smoother on throttle or light throttle than this....

Yea I noticed the fuel consumption increased Im doing like 100miles per tank before was 120. I will put the baffle back in.
@@texbandit7239 yeah probably overfueling it. Might be worth disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours when you do. Let it relearn the fueling
