Hi Paul, did you ever do a new set up video for your current van? I found this video very helpful, just got my first van as I start my new, small side venture. 👍
one question the a feller on eBay selling packages deals over the water ? Loncin Engine Petrol pressure washer 3000 Psi 21 Litre Reduction Gearbox Package can you beat that deal I may be looking for a new set up soon thanks
Enjoyed the video 👍 What kind of % strength hypo can you get from the downstreamer? I know a lot like the xjet as it can do 50/50 water/chemical but with your way you don't have to cart a barrel around with you! Many thanks
It's a lot less than an x-jet Joel. Better for softwashing tasks rather than concrete and block work. I have an x-jet as well, and yes moving the barrel around can be a bit of a chore.
It's a 500L tank but it's definitely possible to manage with something smaller. It is secured with loadlok tracks and telescopic shoring bars. I rarely travel with water on board so the loadlok system is over spec.
Hi Mark, after having this set up for a while now, is there anything you'd have changed or done differently? I'm setting up in the next few months and collating as much information as I can. Thanks
@@jetreadyuk amazing!!! Since starting out how frequent have the jobs come in? Do you find once doing a job people are interested and then ask you to do their driveways? With the boiler being added has that added a different dimension to your work now too? My only reservation with the current financial climate it's a risk for me financially, as I fear people may not want pressure washing as much due to financial concerns of there own
Hi Mark. I paid about £3,400 for the equipment. Bear in mind it was professionally fitted so there were some labour charges on top, about £350 as I recall
@@jetreadyuk hi m8 can I ask who put it together for u professionaly as looking to get a set up myself soon just will need all the stuff fitted properly
Impressive video mate! Really interesting too... I can truly see this new business being a success and you deserve it. But I can't believe that two idiots actually disliked this upload. It must be the 'jealous competition' LOL ;-) x

Can you remember how the hose reels were mounted in this van? What they were mounted to please?
The hose reels are mounted to a steel frame, which in turn, is mounted on top of my 500L water tank.
@@jetreadyuk thank you, I'm just getting started and setting up my van. Always enjoy your videos. Very helpful to someone starting out.

Hi can I ask what floor protection you used thanks
Fibreglass GRP
How long could you pressure wash for before having to refill the tank
About 20 minutes
Hi Mark, what size is the tank and how is it secured into the van? Are you using luggage bars?
It's a 500L tank but it's definitely possible to manage with something smaller. It is secured with loadlok tracks and telescopic shoring bars. I rarely travel with water on board so the loadlok system is over spec.
What did they use to bolt your machine down.
The machine is mounted on a skid which is bolted to the floor on rubber bushes to absorb vibration.
Isn’t that dangerous with the chlorine and gas in car as far as breathing in fumes go? Also chance of fire if your in an accident
Handling chemicals has risks and it's very important that everything is done safely.

It's a great setup, and I've now extended it with a boiler for steam cleaning.

@@lukehilton5690 Some of the work is seasonal but I'm pretty busy all the time. Start with a decent pressure washer and work up from there.
@@jetreadyuk thankyou very much for the info and replies. Hope your buisness continues to thrive 👍🏻

Hello, what is the rail system you use to keep the tank in place ?
It's the LoadLok system. Also known as Q rail or 1806 track. It's often fitted to vans and trailers, large and small.
