Van Build Part 1 - Budget Flooring Installed And Pressure Washing Set Up

I hope you all enjoy this video, van build part 1 on a budget. I have tried my best to show you all how to save £100's of pounds by just laying lino flooring in your vans once you have applied a protective coating. It costs around £700-1K for these big companies to install waterproof flooring which I feel is absolutely ridiculous! If you are just starting out in pressure washing then you can learn a lot from this video. I show all my gear which I have built up over the last 3 years consistently re investing. The only bits I don't show are my roof cleaning gear and my mi tower. Ultimately your goal in business should be to thrive and make profits however do not believe all this hype at the moment where the majority are advising you to spend £1000's on the best branded equipment. I have been making this mistake for 3 years now, you do not need the best machine in the world to start or even the most flashy van just take your time. Do your research first before jumping into this game it can be extremely costly with buying a van, pressure washer, adding multiple services, buying chemicals and just operating your business overall.

Looking good. Be aware that if you intend to drive with a full tank make sure it wont overload your rear axle! Just so you know you can't weld stainless steel to mild steel (tank frame) but you can weld on brackets so you can bolt the stainless frame to it. Great video.

good video mate did the same with my van brought some checker waterproof rubber flooring 5mm of Amazon and sealed round the edges with waterproof sealant

Yes mate I’m having no issues with it at all instead of ripping my old plywood out and redoing everything just done this and it’s cost effective. I only payed £25 for the roll of Lino was more than enough had loads spare. Ideally don’t get light grey, dark grey or black is best as you can see the marks a lot when the van gets dirty.

I think you’d of been better to get another bit of plywood and make a template of the existing one then lay and stick the new flooring over that while it’s out the van making it easier to cut around

It’s doing it’s job at the moment dunno how long it will last though just wish I would’ve put a darker colour down. Will re do it eventually 😂
