    Great bit of kit. get some hose clips on the fuel lines! As you now have more lts/min do you need bigger orifices in your nozzles? Looking forward to seeing it in action. Loving the corporate coloured crocs 🙂

    All you need now is solar panels and bits installed to make it even better - you will never have to charge that battery

      total overkill solar panels. i have a small battery in the van. i've never had to charge it in 10 years. the machine charges it.i laughed at all those panels on the other fellas van.

    Smart setup. There are some brilliant set ups out there with a mixture of capabilities, key is to find one that suits the budget and your business and your happy with. Like I love my PWS alpha system and I swear by it even though I’ve only been operating it for a couple of months and it’s not a cheap solution for all. These systems are game changers but there are affordable options to get going out there, especially if you are setting out or just want to give the trade a go.
    Like the refresh of the van floor as well.

    My question would be about the hypo you and others use.
    On UA-cam I hear that once washed off. The hypo becomes safe for animals and plants.
    But...when I read the info on the product. It says keep away from plants and keep animals away for 2 days. Considering that most households have a cat or dog. What info is right ?
    I don't want to be sued over a dead pet after cleaning a patio.
    A video on this subject would be 👍

    Wow that's some beast of a machine Jake. Now I know when you said it was overkill on your previous video!! Congratulations and hope it gives you many years worth. Do you have to upgrade the surface cleaner or just change the nozzles to match the output??
    Can't wait to see it in action. Amazing what you fit in the small van. Will you go bigger at some stage? I am using a transit connect with a trailer mounted washer and tank. Works well for me as I have a shed to lock in the trailer at night. Could do with a bigger van though cos if I want to get at something I end up pulling half the van out on the ground.

    Im looking to buy my equipment soon to start my own business soon was just wondering if it is essential to have a bypass running from your pressure washer into your tank ?

    • @SMOUT_
      @SMOUT_  Рік тому

      I ran mine without one for about 12 months and it seemed ok. I think its better for cooling when you're running the pump for long periods of time off the trigger.
      Higher quality machines always have a return to tank so I'd assume it's better

    Hi mate, impressive set up. I'll be interested to see how you get on with that amount of ltrs per min. I run a 21ltr machine and I've turned down loads of jobs this season due to drainage and confined areas that would be an issue with flooding. Cheers. Mark

    • @jeffbilbrough6494
      @jeffbilbrough6494 Рік тому +4

      Mark, I used to make industrial pressure washers to order. If your machine is 21 ltr @ 200 bar it should be an 06 nozzle in your lance. You can easily reduce the volume of water by using a smaller nozzle, ie, 030 would use about 11lpm & 045 would allow about 15lpm. This would reduce flooding issues on some jobs. Hope this helps, Jeff
