Honestly dude, right back at you. I've only recently come across your channel but it's fantastic. A unique, fresh and seriously high quality take on roller coasters and theme parks. 👌 Edit: also thanks ha ha, it really means a lot :)
Man the trailer for Wildfire was amazing, gave me goosebumps everywhere. I still have to go there and ride it and I hope that it'll happen soon. Awesome video!
I thought I moved to Mars starting Thursday with the red skies I have been living under for four days now. For a state that say no smoking, we are all now smoking the whole states.
Looks pretty amazing. I’ve heard Sweden is really expensive, so I’m unlikely to make it over there. I love these coaster mini history lessons you give us.
What The Voyage and El Toro manage to do without the use of inversions is what defines them as the greatest wooden coasters in my eyes. Recipe for success? - RMC with Gerstlauer trains, upstop wheels and an awesome underground triple down!
Nice video! Technically, RMC makes "hybrid" coasters with their topper track (or steel coasters with their I-Box track). The coaster's structure isn't what determines the type of ride; the track does. A wood coaster has a wood laminate track topped by a thin strip of steel. But RMC, though they start with wood laminate, places a prefabricated steel box beam on top (where the last few layers of wood laminate normally would be). IMO, it's a steel coaster, and it rides like one. But RMC has a great design team and does make really thrilling rides -- just not wooden ones.
it almost closed too, after it first opened the permits were found invalid and the local government wanted to shut the ride down but eventually a deal was worked out and the coaster was able to operate again
I love coasters but if Kolmarden says "no more attractions that scare animals" then at least they still have Wildfire. Otherwise I'd love to see a Fury 325 sized version of Diamondback; a with a 320' drop, a top speed of 95 MPH, a length of almost 8,000' and more airtime than any coaster in the world. They'd need silencers for the noise that comes from resetting the trim breaks so as not to scare the animals though, so perhaps it doesn't need to be a B&M, which is also the most expensive roller coaster brand. Great video though, thanks for posting!
Do one about Magic Mountain's West Coast Racer the world's first single track quadruple launch racing coaster please🙏🙏 Btw your videos are incredible as a roller coaster enthusiast it very interesting to know about the history of this iconic rides. Keep going!!!!
Another bucket list coaster for me. And another great video too. :) Actually I have a question for you... Does Brexit make travel from the UK into the rest of Europe more difficult? As someone who can more easily visit the amazing parks Europe has to offer (in addition to the amazing stuff found in the UK), I'm curious what the impact is. I'm wondering this outside of the restrictions currently placed upon all of us with COVID-19.
Well, to some, the answer to “What is Wildfire” is...”A highly unstable mystical Green substance used as a Deadly Explosive in the Kingdom of Westeros”!! Or...a REALLY cool wooden coaster in Sweden...
When recording I honestly tried to pronounce Kolmården correctly, but I couldn't do it consistently. If I said the name of the park once I would have done it, but I didn't want all of the narration to come across as jarring everytime Kolmården came up. I just got too used to saying it the poorly. Sorry!
'Kolmorden' is exactly what I tried to pronounce when I read the script initially. As I said I couldn't do it fluid enough, so the audio became really jarring. Sorry!
@@coasterbot Don't worry, you're doing great! It's not like we say "London" for example with English pronunciation in a Swedish sentence. "Kolmorden" translates to "The coal murders". Could be a hybrid of mine train + horror attraction.
its a great coaster, but I really dislike that they call it a wooden coaster, all of these hybrids aren't wooden, they are hybrids. They don't ride like wooden coasters, so it really is just false marketing rubbish.
Honestly i think there will be some smaller family based rides but no bog stuff anymore esspecialy because all ythe green thinking (Greta Tunsberg) is gooing on about carbon footprimnt and so one ..so i think no !
One of the most visually appealing coasters on the planet. Literally screams "Awesome"
It is as awesome to ride!
can confirm
Long Distance Coaster Relationships Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on Hakugei! 😄
Brilliant video! Could we possibly have what is zadra?
I think Kolmården has a great future!
Hey look it's the Coaster Studios outro coaster!!
Kolmarden is really on my bucket list of parks!!! Cant wait to visit!
A MACK Extreme Spinner would be a great fit at this park!
I did not relies that Parks and R. Scandinavia now owns Kolmården .
I like how your videos are short, but very descriptive.
Best view I have ever seen on a rollercoaster so far. And the ejector in the front is crazy on the first drop! Love it!!
Nice one Harry . That is a seriously cool looking coaster 🤩🤩🤩😍🧱👍🏼
This video is put together so well!!! The voice over, editing and music selection is perfect!!!

@@coasterbot Thank You So Much!!!!! I've been watching you video's for years and they have always been top notch!!!
My problem with RMC “wooden” rollercoasters is are they really “wooden” There is so much steel on the track it’s more a hybrid style track
Also they aren't wooden coaster because of the steel support structure
Regular wooden coasters feature quite a bit of steel as well.
@@Sonderax but look at the structure that holds the lifthill. It's not just a bit of steel it's purly steel.
@@MoniceSF So 1 lift hill makes the ride a hybrid. All wooden coasters use steel in some aspect.
@@Sonderax you'll never get it will you?
Your quality of videos is unmatched, keep it up!
You deserve millions of subscribers! Harry you have the highest quality coaster content out there for sure!
I hope they build a horror themed intamin blitz based around mysterious caves. Including features such as a drop track
Another brilliant video Harry!

What is Wildfire?
Oh I know, basically all of California
true
@Zacheroni Yea I hope everyone there is safe

A timely coaster review as the US west coast burns... lol! No worries dude. I'm not actually mad about it or something. keep up the good work.
Sweden, cool zoos, awesome roller coasters, ABBA, and NO LOCKDOWNS EVER! All hail Sweden!

I have been on the roller coaster
One ride that I would like to see at Kolmården is an Intamin LSM coaster similar to Incredicoaster, but with a custom layout and a cheetah theme.
I would want something more like velocicoaster in terms of elements.
Can you do a what is Magnum XL 200?
Awesome!

I think what is: Boardwalk Bullet would be cool because I want it to get more attention.
i think it's becoming more of a SeaWorld park then a Parks & Resorts scandinavia park
Sea World had to migrate to rides as the shows were not enough a draw. Probably the same there too.
this was greatly overshadowed by lightning rod
0:18 untamed has the most inversions of any wooden coaster
That’s a hybrid it doesn’t count
@@martindipshit8673 oh thx for the clarification
What about Zadra?
Wildfire's Top Speed at SDC: 66 MPH
Palpatine: Execute Order 66!
ah, secret star wars coaster
They need a flying coaster!
That would be awesome!
2:38 takoda would like to know your location
I do wonder how loud the ride is. I hope the animals don't have to hear too much noise if any
It is very quite. I wondered about that too but it is pretty far away from any animal enclosures.
Doesn't Untamed at Walibi Holland have the most inversions on a wodden roller coaster worldwide?
Untamed is a hybrid coaster where the track itself is only steel and therefore is not seen as a wooden coaster. Both are amazing though!
Problem with this one is that you have to support a zoo to ride a roller coaster
As zoos go this one seems pretty conscious of animal welfare
When you are highly against Zoos and animal captivity but also are an Enthusiast and Wildfire is there... sucks
Kolmården is a good zoo.
Because l live in Sweden
It's a HYBRID Coaster not a woody.
Thats a lie. Wildfire 8s neither europs tallest or steepest woodwn rollercoaster. Zadra is
Zadra technically is a wooden roller coaster as it uses steel track, it's a hybrid roller coaster. :)
Not sure why I sat through that and I never got a pov???
It's like the SteVe of Europe
It is!
I think Zadra in energylandia is, but wildfire is sick too!
You did great and thorough research, but you didn’t bother reaching out to Google or a Swede to figure out how the letter å is pronounced.

COASTER BOT Thanks for the response! I would recommend pronouncing it like “Kolmorden” in English. I think it would be a decent approximation.
'Kolmorden' is exactly what I tried to pronounce when I read the script initially. As I said I couldn't do it fluid enough, so the audio became really jarring. Sorry!

Hi
Fun fact it's not even a wooden rollercoaster.
Yes it is. Even though the top part of the track is steel, the rest of the track is wood
they need to let the animals ride
Cu chulainn is second
That coaster looks great for sure! :)
Isn't Zadra taller tho?
Zadra isn't a wodden coaster
@@leo_is_a_baka looks wooden enough to me
@@Dosia142 track is made out of steel which makes it a hybrid coaster.
Someone should really tell them about El Toro and Lightning Rod if they think Wildfire is the best wooden coaster...
Zadra is tallest and fasters.
Very true, but Zadra isn't a wooden roller coaster :)
