i dont think highly urbanized yang butuan hehe.. usad pagong mga proyekto eh.. no mass job opportunities lalo na sa mga college graduates o professionals. Kaya kalimitan dito nag aabroad nlng, hindi makahanap ng magandang trabaho o fit sa natapos nila.
