I’ve found the best way to use it is to just tap the right mouse button and only do a charged shot once you’ve already frozen the leviathan. The short shot doesn’t last long enough to scan or kill the leviathan, but it is enough to keep it stationary for the charged shot.
The player character was SUPER lucky to land in the Shallows, the safest location in the game, far away from any Warpers and leviathans but also relatively close to the Aurora, with a mostly intact lifepod. The others were just doomed from the start.
I know I'm probably not the first to say this but i get this strange comfy feeling of knowing others are watching with me on our own screens. It makes it feel more comfy. Anyways i love this series keep up the great work!
The stasis rifle does actually work on Leviathans, you just have to hit them about where their heads are, because of weird hitboxes Also you don't technically have to charge the rifle up all the way, if you release it before its fully charged, it still shoots and freezes enemies, although for a shorter time, and in a smaller radius, all depending on how long you charge it for.
to his credit not every alien structure is scalable. the game doesn't tell you the vent is scalable unless you get close, and I initially thought the vents were a hazard you could get sucked into when they first added them so I didn't get close.
I found a game from a UA-camr called "vote 4 holt" As soon as I saw the thumbnail I instantly knew it was a perfect game for you. It's called scratches on steam. It has no jumpscare and entirely relies on mood "Dark Legends surround the old abandoned Blackwood house, secluded far away in the northern wastelands. For writer Michael Arthate, this cold, solitary atmosphere is fodder for his restless imagination. But Michael soon becomes distracted by the mysteries offered up, as he follows a trail exploring and delving into the secrets of the past."
Tips for Subnautica: 1: Gel sacks are the best fuel for your bioreactor. Use your knife on them to get seeds for them, and plant them in the *exterior* growbeds! 2: Reginalds give the most food, not counting nutrient blocks. You can get 2 and put them in an alien containment and they will duplicate over time! 3: Put blood oil inside of *exterior* growbeds, and you will have a renewable source of blood oil right next to your base! 4: Use your knife on the deep-shrooms. It might deal slight damage, but you get 4 plant-able spores. I also think that the damage is nullified if it is collected from an *exterior* growbed. 5: Craft an air bladder! It only uses 1 Silicone Rubber and 1 Bladderfish, and it can bring you around 170m upwards *_rapidly_* while underwater, and it can replenish up to 15 seconds of oxygen, but check on the small bar on the inventory slot. The lower it is, the less oxygen it replenishes. This tool has saved my life way too many times to count! 6: Try using your knife on the marblemelons, you have to stand as close as possible to them but not directly on top of them. It's a bit finicky to do, but you can do it! Plant the seeds you get from it in the *interior* growbed. 7: Go into the game's settings and find something in the accessibility settings about "PDA pause". I don't remember exactly, but it paused your game while holding the PDA.
I'm surprised he's made his bases so small. Ha, you can keep adding as many rooms as you want! Also as many levels up and down, especially when it comes to making an actual 'fish tank' to hatch your eggs. Overall, you can make as many bases as you want, and I would recommend making them a bit bigger. Also, if you want oxygen deep down, just build a really long 'hose' from the surface, all the way down, as far as you want!
To say that Marguerit is 'tenacious' would be a massive understatement, it would seem. XD Feel like she might represent players who know the game incredibly well and know what risks they can take, no matter how crazy they may seem from the outside.

(side note, if you do go to the drop off for the pda entry make sure to save incase you travel too far.
do not feel to bad. for the fish you hit. They are just unconscious. you will never find one the bodies of the fish you hit. There is no perceived permanent damage to them. Now this does not give you the right to just go on and slam into them all you want. But in the hollow ball echo chamber structure of the seamoth it sounds worse than it in fact actually is.
