Just don't add as much broth and I mix the ricotta in to evenly distribute, tasted js like regular lasagna, it was delicious... I wouldn't want it loose lime everyone has it

Looks delicious but it's still too thick. I cook my noodles separately, then add them to the soup... they will still absorb flavor but not all your broth.
Lol/ I have this problem when I make Minestrone!- I use Rissoni pasta instead of beans and so it sucked up all the soup and became a stew- still delicious though!🤷♀️👍🏻😅

We were thinking bowtie pasta instead of the giant lasagna noodles. Should end up with the same soup results, but better pasta to soup ratio?
