  • Ok guys due to the overwhelming number of requests, I’ve decided to bring you another amazing butt and thigh toning class this week. In this session, we will focus on my favorite 4-point kneeling exercises, which are perfect for strengthening, lengthening, and toning your muscles.
    This workout is designed to target your glutes and thighs, helping you build strength and definition while also improving your flexibility. Whether you’re looking to enhance your overall lower body strength or simply want to sculpt and tone, these exercises are sure to deliver results.
    Remember, consistency is key, so try to incorporate this workout into your regular fitness routine. Pair it with other quick workouts from the app or use it as a finisher at the end of a longer session. As always, listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.

    When you said, "let's finish with a quick bridge series," I literally told myself "You're lucky I love you, Bailey" 😅 But queen that workout was so good! I felt strong and energized and proud finishing it. I am so excited to be keeping up with these longer classes because I plan to finally join Align after finishing both your 28 days program on the channel. I've never been more excited and committed to feel the burn since the program 🤩

To feel the burn but at same time connect with my body!i really like the end of the meditation to remember to create our energy, connect to it and feel it and to take care of ourself by doing what feels good ❤ that’s why i love your videos, you have such a beautiful energy that even when my legs are shaking for the burn, i keep going and try to stay positive as you!!and at the end i always feel so proud of myself and grateful for you!❤️
