I have been waiting since it was announced to buy this and here it is September 5th and I still cant order one, I am about to give up and just buy another ar because apparently global is never going to release this gun.
That monolith has some awesome features...

Does it need an ar10 bolt because the system is overgassed and un-adjustable? And that bolt requires longer to fully unlock? Do. Better. Every other reviewer of FM products has catastrophic problems. Reno May. Brass Facts. MAC. Im certainly missing a few too..
"Gonna lock the bolt back, .......with any luck. Haahha!" Yeah cause its a pain in the a**! Recoil spring I suspect is cause. They need to come up with a better solution for that by the way.
Good guns cost what they cost
It locks back the same way as any AR.
@@AverageJoe4063it locks the same way, but the spring tension is much higher. Notice there is no buffer tube. It’s ar-180 like recoil system. Very similar to the cmmg Dissent. However, instead of two springs and I think guide rods. It’s only one. So that single spring is doing all the work and it has really high resistance. They likely would have went with the two spring design. But it was likely already patented by CMMG and they couldn’t find a way around it
