If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, don't buy any diet pills, many companies try to self-regulate and also don't actually list their consumables as a 'medical' item which would be subject to stricter regulations.
I have been taking Alpilean for almost 3 months. Lost very little weight but I'm ADD it makes focus, follow thru, feel content and good energy. Puts you in frame of mind to lose weight. Same for my daughter.

they create hundreds of fake videos and reviews promoting the product. I know their practices in depth because I worked for the outsourced company they hired to do their customer support. You have no idea how much money they made pushing this garbage.

Yes there are scammers out there that are selling the same product under the same name so selling crap under the same name calling it the same thing and getting the way with it and I don't know how their legally doing it but they are, and it could be legally that one person owns the name and another country wow someone else owns it and another country and that's how they're getting away with it I have no idea.

You’ll notice too that all the UA-cam videos of reviews of Alpilean that are sponsored, all have comments that came from the same time period!! No “Real” comments from every day people at different times, like seen here in this comment section. RED FLAG!!
I checked the Amazon reviews and Alpilean is a disaster. Some of their five star reviews were from people that got the product but hadn't tried it yet. I think those are AI generated because people that stupid probably couldn't figure out how to turn on a computer.

This stuff is a scam! I bought 6 bottles and had 4 left in my second bottle! I did exactly as instructed, changed my eating habits increased my activities as much as possible. I am disabled so I just needed extra help to lose some weight. After almost 60 days I had only lost a pound and a half and that can be chalked up to the changes I made myself!
When I contacted the company for a refund I was told it is out of the realm of refunds! Again I have 4 days of the second bottle. Each has 30 capsules. I have taken them for 54 days! IT DOES NOT WORK!
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
What I would like to know is, is there a there any way to sue or expose these companies into bankruptcy?
