May God heal her, and help her to learn to fully receive healing, love and grace. You were as a prophet and a pastor to her, and to us. That was just so spiritual. The manner in which this interview was done, the sensitivity, the emotions, the intelligence. Aaaah King Dave, you are gifted man. Realeboha Mam Vatiswa, thank you for being a woman of integrity. I am a woman and I want to be just like you. Giving up my integrity for nothing and no one. There are so many lessons you could teach young women. Your suffering was not in vain Mama. God loves you. May He comfort you, increase you and your territory. The best is yet to come. Personally. I will pray for you. Enkosi❤️

Watched this from the Uk and it’s so sad to see someone so legendary and talented be disrespected and disappointed by people who should really be embracing and understanding her talent. The men who tried to sexually exploit her are vile. I’m glad she held onto her morals and knows her value and self worth. I wish nothing but success for Vatiswa and with Netflix I hope that she gets work that will be internationally recognised and she must be the starring of that show. Keep your head up. Heartfelt story! How I wish someone could create a movie out of her story so as the message can reach a lot of people, especially those who can't afford to buy her book.
Wow this interview really got me in tears, Mom Vatiswa went through the most in the artistic/(acting) industry. SI so wish her all the greatest things to happen to her and stay blessed. All thanks to Bra David and the crew for making this happen. love you guys.
Mam Vhatiswa has been through the most and no one deserves this. May she continue with her healing journey. A few bad decisions were also made though eg. continuing with Igazi after making the decision to immediately stop, because a friend thought otherwise. Respect and love for her art/talent and resilience ❤
Thank you David for this interview, I used to work at a gym either I met sis'Vati at the SABC Gym or Virgin Active Randburg I love being by her side enjoyed our small talks and how authentic she was. Her presence and calm funny nature, I'm sad to know that she has been going through a lot. Thanks sis'Vati strength to you
I usually pause and play something longer than an hour, maybe due to my attention span. However, it was a bliss to watch this whole interview after pressing play once without pausing with my full attention on it. Mr David is such a compassionate empathic interviewer, who allowed Miss Vatiswa to share her story wholeheartedly. Thank you for this and all the best to Vatiswa
Argh, bless David. As someone who’s in broadcasting, this was just scary to listen to, cause going into this career path, you pray not to have Vatiswa’s encounters & struggles. I wish she knew how important her story is & she’s provided so many tools to navigate this horrible industry. May God pour into her cup & let it overflow. 🙏🏾
I truly feel her pain and I could see the pain in her eyes when she said she couldn't even reach Connie just to say thank you for the accommodation, that touched me
I think David Mashabela ‘s Podcast is what we need for informative and mature content that will build us as we navigate 🧭 adulthood. Life is not just vibes. I hope his podcast grows.I will definitely buy her book 📖. David’s affirmations are really needed. 😢
Bra Dave grootman you are one talented interviewer, the way you engage with anyone you talk to wether be it a caller on your show on radio a veteran actor on your podcast. You truly have a way with people and it so commendable.
Sis V is drained from never ending problems, when youre in this state of being pessimistic about your life nothing that anyone says will change that, no matter how positive the affirmations are. She will get there on her own time, hope it wont be too late though. I dont want her diming her light with all these negative opinions and thoughts about herself. Love and Light to you Sis V, youll be okay!
I feel like this was therapy for her. Those affirmations were amazing, David I'm not saying be big buddies with her but please try not to let her go completely. At the very least remind her of these affirmations. Stunning interview. And goodness she's beautiful hey, such flawsless skin. I'm holding space for her to rise beyond her wildest dreams
She deserved more than 1m. I enjoyed her on the screen. I pray that she speaks more positive things in her life. I feel sorry that her children and her mom had to suffer from all of this
This interview with Vatiswa makes me sick and hurt, and I'm crying because I am so grateful to God that I have NEVER, and trust that I will NEVER be this desperate. My dogs are so sensitive and have come inside and sat beside me . Good heavens, Vatiswa , you are an INSPIRATION. YOUR VALUES ARE A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH!!! YOU ARE GREATNESS!!!!!
This was such a deep interview. Vatiswa Ndara is a strong woman that I will give her. It is my hope this interview inspires other women, especially the young to hold their ground against exploitation.
David....oh wow!!! Where do I even begin...this world need a friend, brother, father and partner like you. I have always admired you but this interview made me respect, love and pray that the man you are be multiplied. The affirmations...brought Meee to tears...you reminded me that hey,you have always got this...dont give your power away.... Sis V...thank you for sharing your story...as per the affirmations in deed you are a powerhouse and your well will never be dry.You are the light...we may fall seven times ...rise oh Star and shine!!!! This present moment needs you....to wear your scar with a smile and move frm that place of captivity to a world of milk and honey...your world of bliss. Makukhanye!!!!
I totally agree she is very, very special. She sounds and look genuine and sincere. No one can match her acting technique and skills. One day I would love to work with her in my production, I have no doubt, she is the best and she deserves respect with decent salary.

She reminds me of Monique (the American comedian/actress). She is so talented and gifted but it’s unfortunate that there were things that she wasn’t willing to tolerate the things that happen behind the scenes in the industry. Instead of getting justice she got blackballed 💔💔
1:05:42 / 1:52:49 The affirmations cut deep, thank you so much bra David for affirming her and filling her cup. She needed that, we needed that as people watching your show. I'm in tears, thank you so much, people who speak life into others are VERY RARE. Thanks again bra David.
I'm an aspiring actor, filmmaker and producer. Saying this broke my heart is an understatement 💔💔💔 I sometimes wonder whether studying film right now is a good choice, when I think of the state of our industry. Veterans, literally people who gave their lives to the craft and entertaining us have been treated like their close to nothing, it's disgusting 💔 I can only imagine what it would actually be like experiencing that trauma, the worst part is that they are SOO TALENTED and love what they do so much 🎭 we as the younger generation have to make a difference somehow , we just have to 🥺
Your voice came from a totally different dimension of - Hope - with those declarations David. I took them for myself too. We are so blessed. Thank you knight🙏🏽May this episode emit so much light and healing to those that need it, but silent....... Sis V, when you walk through the fire you come out as burnished gold. It has been a very painful process and experience. I am so sorry 🤗 Trust in the Lord! "What is that in your hand?"
Sis Vatiswa your energy here is creating exciting moments...please creates your pod cast please there is alot like you and giving such courage with a present face you could heal alot while also creating a safe home for healing...please please❤

Usisi Vathiswa is like a martyr of some sort, it really sucks hearing the encounters she had with these sick men. It even took me to an episode on Home Affairs where her character came across a supervisor at the workplace who threatened to take away her job just because she didn't want to sleep with him...bare in mind, she was in a rut and very poor but she stood up for herself and others. I really hope things work out for her in the acting scene and she gets all the blessings that she deserves.
Sis Vatiswa thanks for this lesson,Just few seconds watching it made me shed a tear,That I have a duty to respect my talent,Sis Vatiswa You are an epitome of Courage and Resilience ❤❤❤
What I like about king David is that he let's his guests speak, he has an ability to let a story just develop. Some interviewers miss this and they are so scared of the quiet spaces in between
The part where she said "I don't have what other lucky people have... To have someone who wants to take me places and make sure my career blossoms" really broke my heart💔. Inga inceba kaQamata ingakuchonga, ikupha the, ukuphakamisa, ikuphumelelise. You deserve everything you said in your affirmation 🙏🏾

That's an untapped avenue because aspiring performers can have a reality check which will facilitate informed decisions. M so touched by this interview. What a powerful women.
Oh Vatiswa. She oozes kindness and calmness and she's such a phenomenal actress. God is preparing something special for her. May He also restore her happiness and bring her light to her life ❤️
1:04:56 - 1:10:15 the affirmations and positive talk that follows is what we all need 🙏 We can be in our own way, I know I am. I wish nothing but success for Vatiswa and with Netflix I hope that she gets work that will be internationally recognised and she must be the starring of that show. Keep your head up. God bless you. ❤
It will work out for both of you , my spirit bears witness and prophetic words are coming to my heart . In the name of Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth whose I am and whom I serve you both shall prosper very very much in 2023
I almost started crying when David and Vatiswa started saying them. ♥
It went spoke to me more🙆🏾♂️
I felt this part 😭🙏
Too beautiful, we often forget the power within us and dwell on the negative that's being unleashed on us.
Sis Vatiswa...I love your sincerety, boldness and fearlessness.May the Lord open even bigger doors than you can imagine.May your talent seat you with kings and reward you as you give of it with joy.
This mama has set a good precedence I am shocked.
Tjoooo I’m so touched, I’ve finished my data and it was worth every second. I thank you for this interview, I wish Vatiswa healing and happiness !! She will have a come back and I’ll be there to support her, she is a power house.
This book is a Bestseller We must buy it
Is a film script!
I could listen to V for days.. she has a soothing intelligent voice...I see her in a different light now....
I truly feel her pain and I could see the pain in her eyes when she said she couldn't even reach Connie just to say thank you for the accommodation, that touched me
Vatiswa has a big calling...I hope she is by now aware
agreed
This talk is her Calling!
My respect for Sis V has multiplied after having listened to this podcast... Thanks for allowing her the platform King David
I think David Mashabela ‘s Podcast is what we need for informative and mature content that will build us as we navigate 🧭 adulthood. Life is not just vibes. I hope his podcast grows.I will definitely buy her book 📖. David’s affirmations are really needed. 😢
Absolutely incredible. This was worth every minute King David.
This woman is so powerful ❤ I'm buying your book girl
Bra Dave grootman you are one talented interviewer, the way you engage with anyone you talk to wether be it a caller on your show on radio a veteran actor on your podcast. You truly have a way with people and it so commendable.
Thank you very much
Sis V is drained from never ending problems, when youre in this state of being pessimistic about your life nothing that anyone says will change that, no matter how positive the affirmations are.
I need the book, you've been through a lot...stay strong cc V
Thanks David for bringing her to tell her side of the story
Heyyyy Missy!❤ I was reading the comments after watching P2,then I saw your name ,I'm like "this one Missy Nguqu" I know, and it's definitely you. I'm happy you still alive and kicking.
Miss you so much🥰
Take care, mcwaaaah!
@@anelesibisi9576 Anele🤍🤍🤍…noooo maaan Im so happy to hear from you. I am hardly on socials but I have sent you a message on facebook. Kindly check it baby girl. You are the other extremely talented actress on earth wena. Check that DM please.
She reminds me of Monique (the American comedian/actress). She is so talented and gifted but it’s unfortunate that there were things that she wasn’t willing to tolerate the things that happen behind the scenes in the industry. Instead of getting justice she got blackballed 💔💔
Marilyn Monroe went through this shit as well back in the 50s and 60s
David is right, she should start her own thing whatever that looks like. This woman's acting and now wealth of experience is second to none.
The way I love this woman breaks my heart how she is being treated
She's soft spoken and lovely to listen to. I would love to listen where doing guided meditations.
1:05:42 / 1:52:49 The affirmations cut deep, thank you so much bra David for affirming her and filling her cup. She needed that, we needed that as people watching your show. I'm in tears, thank you so much, people who speak life into others are VERY RARE. Thanks again bra David.
Vatiswa Ndara has so much to offer, well seasoned actor.
She is one of our best
I love Vatiswa❤ started knowing her from home affairs she has pure talent
"What is that in your hand?"
uVatiswa is the sweetest soul i have ever seen,I just wish if the production houses could consider her more.I love the fact that she knows her worth.
Sis Vatiswa your energy here is creating exciting moments...please creates your pod cast please there is alot like you and giving such courage with a present face you could heal alot while also creating a safe home for healing...please please❤
One thing in life generally is that when you're not willing to take BS, you are then labelled difficult, dramatic, unnecessary etc... its sickening bcoz those giving the BS wouldn't take it if it was given to them
Yoh bra 💔 😢
@@Department_of_benny_the_benzo1Monique and Marilyn Monroe went through the same thing if Vatiswa wants to return to acting she must go to other African countries, Asia Europe or America as this is not a fight she's gonna win and she has been out of a job for years now
What a great interview Ntate Mashabela! Hats off to you. Nothing but love for Mam Vatiswa. Love your brutal honesty, integrity and standing up for what you believe in. Definitely want to read the book after watching this interview. Respect the both of you tremendously.
wow king David. i could like this video a million times if i could. you are so gifted
You are a star, your well is the deepest. You are lucky and money is flowing your way. May your soar. All the way from Namibia. I love and admire your work.
This was not an interview but a Therapy session, I didn’t even feel the load shedding today @david Mashabela Thank you ..
M here changing my narrative, m here changing my story ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏I am lucky , I am very lucky, I get more work, money is flowing and it is Flowing my way ❤️
As a counsellor myself today I just got counselling from my phone screen
Usisi Vathiswa is like a martyr of some sort, it really sucks hearing the encounters she had with these sick men. It even took me to an episode on Home Affairs where her character came across a supervisor at the workplace who threatened to take away her job just because she didn't want to sleep with him...bare in mind, she was in a rut and very poor but she stood up for herself and others.
I really hope things work out for her in the acting scene and she gets all the blessings that she deserves.
Yhuuu this is a heart-wrenching story but you are still standing Vatiswa. All the best for the future, never give up.
Some interviewers miss this and they are so scared of the quiet spaces in between
What i’ve learnt from this is that no one is perfect, you look at the Fergusons and you think they are when they are truly not….
The part where she said "I don't have what other lucky people have... To have someone who wants to take me places and make sure my career blossoms" really broke my heart💔.
Inga inceba kaQamata ingakuchonga, ikupha
the, ukuphakamisa, ikuphumelelise. You deserve everything you said in your affirmation 🙏🏾
😭😭😭😭😭😭
Sir David Mashable you the simply the best..how you changed her way of thinking wow. Thank you Sir for showing people the power that is in their mouth..It is scriptural what you taught her..May she grab it with all her heart then we will surely watch her acceptance speech on Oscars..God bless you Sir
These are critical insights! Thank you for sharing your experiences. Quite revealing and educational. That's an untapped avenue because aspiring performers can have a reality check which will facilitate informed decisions. All industries should have pre-work orientation to would-be professionals to help navigate the set-environment. Godspeed on future endeavours!
I'm sorry you've had to endure this much heartache in this life, you are more than deserving of a life that's filled with joyful moments ❤️❤️ We Love you and we see you
Couldn't wait for part 2.... it was worth the wait.. thank you guys
Ohh Wow... very emotional. This goes way beyond this industry ,the struggles of just a young woman who wants to make something of themselves! Too much to even write about. POWER to you beautiful Queen, Never back down. You ARE Talent and we will buy millions of your book in support.
Those affirmations that David repeated to Vathiswa🥹🥹… I found myself repeating them too because I needed to hear them too❤
I wrote them down, powerfully change the narrative
U ARE BLESSED SIS VAT GOD IS IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE 🙏👑
That moment of affirmations was powerful...I wish you all the best Vatiswa. Thank you David for the interview.
Vatiswa has been my fave for longest time, from when she was a news reader. I am saddened by what has happened to her. She took a fall for the betterment of others. Thank you David for bringing her to the show👏👏👏
David your suggestion is so profund. Vatiswa is so broken so much that she lost her selfworh. Declarations are so powerful
Sisi Vathiswa Ndaga,
Pamela Nomvethe ,
Bra Sputla(Kenneth Mashaba)
And so many more these ones re so talented ❤
Vatiswa is theeee BEST! Its just that the entertainment industry is a mess and failed to recognize pure TALENT. We LOVE you VATISWA❤🌹
I shared a tear, i learned a lot and i am rooting for Vatiswa to flourish. Thank you, David, for instilling those affirmation to Vatiswa after she was broken. Positive thoughts carried us out of poverty, lets not forget it when we down.
