  • The Come Ladder Craps Strategy is one of my go-to strategies when first approaching a table. It’s easy to play, very capable, and is ideal for those sessions where you want to make some money, but don’t want to think a whole lot.
    This is an ideal craps strategy for beginners who want to learn how to play craps or those on a low bankroll. For high bankroll players, this can be a nice quick hit. Enjoy

    Pass line is certainly an option if you get into the spot where your third bet hasn’t been set yet. Or you want to start there. I just don’t do it because I like the respit. Just a rhythm thing
    And you are “free” to take the odds if you want of course. But I would argue NOT to do it until all three bets are set. This is at its core, a dark side play, looking to win a unit on the early 7 and then allowing you to make your next move.
    Remember that this is also a low budget strategy- 7 units per shooter. It’ll tie a lot but you can last. Odds are amazing but they really introduce a level of bankroll volatility that a lot of people can’t handle.
    A guy taught me this 30 years ago and I learned how to survive with it for a decade or more

    I thought that this was a very simple and interesting strategy. I gave it a try at my local Indian joint over a three day period.
    Long story short after three two hour sessions with a $500 buy in And not deveating fron your plan my total profit was $432.

    I like playing this strategy, but I start with a 2 unit bet on the Don't Pass.
    Then I go into the Come Ladder strategy.

      Perfect. Like the Hedgeless Horseman, but with a ladder. Love it.

      No I do not.
      I rarely play odds, and definitely not when I'm playing the Don't.

    Just curious, using this 7 unit play strategy, what would your bankroll need to be in units?

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  3 місяці тому +1

      Depends on how many cracks at it you want. I rarely (if ever) get down 5 groups of 7 so that's been my go to.

      @@ProCraps took this to Vegas. Had 3 separate sessions and walked away up money in all 3. Had 5 shooters to start each session, got down to 2 shooters once but recovered. Fun strategy, won’t win a lot but won’t lose a lot either.

    It’s a easy strategy, but you will get burned on come bets with no hedge for the 2,3,12. Even if the odds of hitting a craps number is low, dice have no memory. When you get to your $20 come level a 2,3 back to back will wipe you out. Need a Any craps hedge at least at the $20 level.

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  11 місяців тому +1

      Over time, hedging is a bleed, but in the moment, it might feel right. I had a session today (live) where I probably lost $250 in come bets (playing a Molly) by craps numbers. It was brutal. But I'm can assure you, that while an abberation today, over time, I'm way ahead in the Come. Just doesn't always feel like it.

    Honestly, this has to be one of the more ridiculous systems posted on UA-cam. In the first place, why wouldn't you make a pass line bet? Secondly, no odds? You'd have to be a fool not to take odds on your flat bets. Someone please explain to me why this guy is giving up the opportunity to gain a huge advantage over the house by not playing the odds. Even if it's just single odds. Seems counter productive.

    • @ProCraps
      @ProCraps  7 днів тому

      Remember that at it's core, this is a DARK SIDE strategy. We're looking for that 7 in rolls 1-3. Once those come bets are set, go for the odds if you like, that's great and as noted, the best payouts in the house.
      Odds do increase your volatility bigtime, which many players cannot afford to do. But even those lowly flat bets carry the 2nd lowest house edge on the table just as they are.
