I want to see all of them animated eventually so we can get complete 60's collection sets. Hopefully they will go back and do The Crusade as well, as for the next one I would like Wheel in Space.
Wheel in Space and The Savages seem the most likely. Wheel is a Cyberman story and would probably sell well and Savages seems like an easy one to do. Though Smugglers was rumored at one point.
The Crusade, its only two episodes to animate and I like the adventure, its fun. The Wheel in Space, I'd like to see that animated especially by the people who did The Moonbase, and its the second Doctor and Cybermen, you know it'll be good.
@@AnotherScifiGuy I wouldn't care, I'd still be happy, Moonbase style would be nicer but hey.. nicer animation will probably go to the epics which fans are waiting for.. Marco Polo, Dalek's Master Plan.
i'm good with the recons. What I'd like to see them animate is some of the abandoned stories. For Hartnell: The Masters of Luxor or Britain 408 AD. For Troughton: Operation Werewolf or Lords of the Red Planet.
I would love to see the wheel in space animated as well because I love the animated episode one of it and episode 3 and six of it because I own the lost in time box set on dvd and the macro terror on dvd
Hartnell: The Savages Troughton: The Space Pirates - episode 2 feels more boring than The Daleks episode 6, solar toasters and all, but maybe the rest isn't as bad
Mission to the Unknown and The Daleks Masterplan would be top picks for me, but given the understandable and realistic bounderies you set I would have to nominate for Hartnell - Marco Polo, or if that's currently unfeasible; The Savages (though The Massacre would be nice as I've heard it's a strong story). And for Troughton - The Wheel in Space, because ( purportedly weaker Cyberman story or not) it is the sole remaining incomplete Cyberman story), and BBC Studios would be stark staring mad not to animate it because it would be a potential goldmine; in the same way that any animated Dalek story would be.
The smugglers and the massacre for hartnell For troughton I'd say the highlanders namely because it's the first story with Jamie and I think the space pirates would be a good one but I'm not gonna hold my breath for it
First Doctor: Marco Polo Second Doctor: The Wheel in Space. Noting that there are only three Second Doctor stories left to be animated. While there are eight (Mission to the Unknown not included) for the First Doctor.
There are a LOT of good stories to choose from. I think, because they would each complete a season... I would go with "Marco Polo" and "The Highlanders". But since I want all the missing episodes animated, I'd be willing to accept whatever stories that they want to give us.
i just don't understand why they havent announced the next ones but i would pick first doctor 1st choice would be myth makers because i really find that story interesting second doctor wheel in space 1st choice because of the cybermen 2nd choice would be highlanders because its Jamie's first
I would pick the Savages over the Smugglers. It is a much more fascinating story. It is a seemingly utopian society with a dark secret as they are effectively vampires. There is a scene at the end I would love to see as the main cast joyously destroys the set. You can tell they had fun doing it and would have been great to watch. Not keen on Smugglers. First Doctor in order of preference - Marco Polo as it would complete season 1 or Daleks Masterplan. 2nd doctor The wheel in space and then the Highlanders. The latter is the last purely historical story, something sadly lost to Doctor Who. Big Finish still do historicals with the only sci-fi element being the presence of time travellers. It can be made very compelling especially if there is some impending event that will happen or even needs to happen.

@@ancientonezero what, not "Prison in Space"? 😳🤣
How would they animate without the original voices? Wouldn't be as appealing
I’d particularly love a high quality Masters of Luxor: the most significant “What-If” in the show’s history.

Honestly I say go full pelt do the Highlanders and the Savages
@@dwfan91- highlanders would probably need to be 3D. But with more improvement in that technology it could really good.
Hartnell:
The Savages
Troughton:

Marco Polo and The Crusades, no contest.
