Running saved me from 20 years of horrible hard drug addiction. Everyone I know is dead from this life. Except me thx god I made it out alive now I just run my life away
Point is it helps to run through struggles in life

I was that guy! Until, I retired at 65 and started my dream again. Completed two Olympic and a half Ironman triathlon in the last 12 months. Never give up on a dream because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway. Key words...never give up!

Training for my first half ironman...ran my last marathon was 10yrs ago, ran into a customer at work wearing an Ironman finishers jacket and I picked his brain a bit, he asked "How old are you?" 53..."you're middle aged but don't let anyone tell you different ... you're in your prime right now.... now go be that guy!!!"
