      i definitely should have started sooner! except i wouldn't have had as much knowledge as i do now, so the wait was worth it for sure.

    Organizing my clips and sfx was a game changer for me... it makes finding specific clips way faster and not to mention how faster I edit😩💯

    Could u maybe do a tutorial about smooth movement so like that the clips are switching/ zooming in n out? Cuz I want to add more movement to my amv

    My lappy keeps on crashing whenever i import clips to edit ( i use pr 2019) any tips for descent smooth editing experience in pr?

    I haven't looked at your videos in detail yet. I'm sure you do great work, but is Premier Pro really enough for AMV or would it be easier if I learned After Effects?

      it's a matter of preference. i'm personally fine with premiere due to a number of reasons. if you have good computer specs then you should use after effects. if it's too tricky to use then stick with premiere.

      right click on clip -> speed/duration -> set time interpolation to optical flow

      ​@@khannby tv episodes (including anime) are not created in a 30 fps sequence. the standard is 24 (or 23.976). if your source is 30 then that's the incorrect frame rate, and you will probably need to manually remove duplicate frames or download a raw version before interpolation. otherwise the result will be stiff.

      premiere - basic AND advanced edits
      ae - advanced edits
      its a matter of preference and patience

    is after effects better? i have experience with premiere pro but I own both

      it's difficult to use and you'll require very good computer specs, but overall more convenient for amv editing due to the tools and features it offers. premiere pro is almost just as good.

      You can find tutorials for that on youtube and it quite simple. All you got to do is search "dip to black" or just "dip" and you'll see the effect comes up and rhen drag and drop on clip👍

      i'm aware of that, but why would you use ntsc? it shouldn't really matter since the sequence is for edits, not broadcasts.

    Have a question. While I’m editing and apply the white flash transition, it looks grey and choppy on the time line. Once I export it and play it, it’s fine. Any idea why during editing it looks so bad?

      thank you but that doesn't matter. everything works fine despite what version you have. unless you're using a very outdated version like 2015, which no one uses.

      i've thought about this and i think time remapping isn't beginner friendly, which is why 'twixtor clips' are downloaded in the first place to eliminate that stage. plus, since it's a no-plugin series i'll be limited to using optical flow, which everyone knows it produces horrible results (unlike twixtor)
