8:25 The reason it's not visible is because the Scene World is turned off. That means you're using the HDRI shown below and not the scene world. To see the full effect. Turn scene world on and go to your world settings and make that grey color black (or just turn down the strength to 0).

when I work I am so focused on the object on which I am working on - that I don't even see the outline , but what to say Blender is too gray for my taste so I like to add some colors in it and Thank You for the concern :)

Sure, i use it to make it a bit different from other people's work, and it also looks good for other menus on my laptop, in my opinion :)
