How or can you import face group from meshmixer ?
I have never used meshmixer, so I can't help you. If you have any questions about Blender I will be glad to help :)
oh my god.. your voice is so cute..🥰 and you tutorial also so good
Thank you so much :)
Such a cute character. Thank you so much.
Thank you, cute enough to even be a plushie :)
I`m still a beginner and your videos are very helpful.
Thanks, I'm glad you are learning and having fun :)
very nice for beginner. Please teach us full human character with beard or moustache. please
Sure, I'm planning on doing something similar in the future. For now, I'm focusing more on stylized and beginner series :)
Good one for a beginner like me. Could you also shed some light on retopology because somewhere I learnt that we can't animate sculpted mesh because it has lot of vertices which slow down the animation?
Thank you for commenting! In this series i will not be doing retoplogy, but I did cover the topic. You can find all the info you need in my game ready character creation course: www.udemy.com/course/full-game-ready-character-creation-for-beginners-in-blender/?couponCode=LEARNBLENDER We learn to do some rigging, which makes you able to animate and pose your character :)
Great job. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Happy you like it :)
I sent you DM on Instagram , If we can chat to get conversation for our Project
You are really good in blender sculpting, Hope We Collaborate soon :)
Thank you! That would be cool, so hopefully soon :)
Very well explained! Thanks a lot for sharing.
Thanks for a kind comment! Stay tuned for the 2nd part coming this friday :)
Thanks!!
:)
thank you for this explanation , very helpful
You are welcome :)
How did you "snap" the vertices according to view? WTF
Hey, I selected the verticies and by pressing G i moved them back and they snapped to the closest mesh point I enabled "Snap" and had set it to "Face", "Snap with" option is set to closest. Also, my Topology has a Shrinkwrap modifier that makes sure it is snapped correctly If you want to learn more about retoplogy and other processes feel free to check out my course on Udemy or Patreon :)
thanks! nice tutorial subscribe.
Thanks for the sub :)

Thank you for clarifying about face sets. I got stuck while doing a tutorial so I came here for explanation, and if not for your video, i was dead in the water. You explain very well and are a good teacher! I just subscribed!
Thank you for such a kind comment, it really warms my heart. Glad you found my video useful:)

You are very welcome :)
Thanks a lot
Happy to help :)
Is there a certain setting needed for smoothing? When I press shift it doesn't seem to be smoothing and it's still pixelated on the edges 😕
You can try resesting the keybindings to default since shift is default for the smooth brush. If you say it looks pixelated, try checking your brush falloff and make sure it is on smooth.
Thanks so much this is gonna help with a lot of my projects 🥰 @@dragonblendz
You are welcome :)
GREAT video mates
Thanks :)
I realllllly need to start using this. My sculpts are getting to the 1mil plus poly club and I HAVE to use this to hide parts(I’m assuming that will increase performance).
It definitely will improve performance;)
very helpful :)
Thank you, glad I could help :)
@@dragonblendz you dont by any chance play roblox do you? im trying to watch tutorials cause im making UGC items for roblox
No I have never played it, but i wish you good luck with making UGC items!
@@dragonblendz thank you!
Clear video about face sets, thanks a lot ! Despite english is not my native language, I could understand everything because you're not talking like a machine gun. Thank you for that too 👍
hahah thank you so much, glad I could help :)
superb!
Thanks a lot :)
Hi I love how you explained everything in a way that is easy to understand.
Thanks for a kind comment! It is my goal to show how easy and fun 3D can be :)
I'm happy I landed on this vid by random. I had no idea about the face sets but that'll help speed up and improve my sculpting so much.
I'm glad you will be able to use it in your workflows now :)
Ty ma'am, to the point
Thank you :)
Thank you so much !
You're welcome :)

How I get the scales onto my lizard (or in my case mosasaur)? I have a low poly model "flat" without any scales nd a very high poly model with all those scale and skin textures... Baked into a 20k Model... But I just see the scales in Shading mode. in Layout, sculpting and other sections I just see my low poly model... I want to paint different scales in different colours, but for this I have to see those scales :D
Hi, if you baked the texture, your scales are just a part of that texture, you can see the scales only if you enable the "Material Preview" viewport shading in each layout (layout, Modeling). Also, feel free to check out my course in Udemy www.udemy.com/course/full-game-ready-character-creation-for-beginners-in-blender/?couponCode=LETSLEARNBLENDERART where we make the lizard from start to finish :)
very nice!! I hope yuou can makle one using face sets in different scenarios.. I mean showing how useful they are. Thank you!
Sure, probably in the near future I will make another video using face sets :)
Thank you! I am learning a lot with your tuto!
Happy to hear that :)
How do I make a good UV Map? I'm very new to this part of UV, Texture and Rigging, and this is my problem...
If you are new to Blender then I can recommend you to start with my Beginner course at www.udemy.com/course/full-game-ready-character-creation-for-beginners-in-blender/?couponCode=LETSLEARNMODELLING or if you prefer you can get the same course in Patreon at: www.patreon.com/DragonBlendz there you will get all the knowledge you seek :)
Thank you !! Super helpful and well explained video!
Thanks, glad I could help :)
Thank You. Perfect explanation ❤️
Glad it was helpful :)
Thankyou so much! Been searchig for it for a while
Glad I could help you :)
8:25 The reason it's not visible is because the Scene World is turned off. That means you're using the HDRI shown below and not the scene world. To see the full effect. Turn scene world on and go to your world settings and make that grey color black (or just turn down the strength to 0).
Yes, that is also a good option, especially if you are preparing the model for the presentation. I did it the other way to show that you can adjust the light settings
hi can you do tutorial for liberty spike hair please 🙏 if its ok
Hey, right now I have some other stuff coming up but will see to do a tutorial about the said topic in the near future :)
Very good tutoial, not to slow, not to fast <3 Thank you for this

Hey, if you go to the UV edit mode, you should see in the top right corner the "image" option. When you click it, you can "save as" png anywhere on your device :)
