Big opportunity for the Chinese brands to fill the innovation space this year. If you think about it, only the USA ban on Huawei getting chips 4 years ago stopped them from being huge now.
Still rocking the S20 Ultra. Wasn't convinced to make the move to the S24 and I'm hesitant about the S25 if all of the rumors are true about not much changing... Kinda tired of yearly release phones... I feel like a better product would be released every other year.
Loyal Note user, and I always upgrade every year. I basically use the S-Pen only to take pictures. I basically buy the Galaxy Note, I mean, the Ultra because of the S-Pen. I love the unique squared screen because it is the best for watching videos. If I'm not getting any of these anymore, I'm sticking with my S24 Ultra.

Silicon-carbon batteries have a much shorter lifespan compared to lithium-ion batteries. I'm not referring to battery life per charge, but the overall longevity of the battery itself. Silicon-carbon batteries tend to expand much sooner than lithium-ion batteries, or even if they don't, they still need to be replaced far earlier. And let's be honest, most people don't replace their batteries-they just get a new phone. Additionally, optimization plays a huge role. For instance, the OnePlus 13 lasted 11 minutes longer than the iPhone 16 Pro Max on a single charge. The Galaxy S24 Ultra was already outperforming the iPhone 16 Pro Max in terms of battery life. So, clearly, the 6,000 mAh battery isn't doing anything
Somehow, i Highly doubt Samsung removing features will reduce the cost of the handset. If anything, it will follow the same "enshitification" like apple and sell the S25U at the same price as S24U AND charge you for the bluetooth stylus. All this to increase their bottom line.
As an s24 plus user, I'm happy in a way that the s25 plus will be practically the same. I really didn't want the temptation, and now it's not there, which makes it even easier for me not to switch.
Yeah the whole remove features so they buy another product tactic lol so lame never owned a smartphone watch and never well. Why expose urself double the radiation 😂
In the cloak of efficiency, companies are keeping us at 1 day battery life since forever! If we don't upgrade expectations they will keep cutting down battery capacity for cost cutting
I had a surface with a Snapdragon for a few days to test it. Generally, a very nice device but the issue I had was driver support with older printers etc. They just didnt exist so I returned it.

Samsung is definitely copying Apple, they are going to grow stagnant. It seems people are bored with Apple and the iPhone 16. If Samsung isn't careful the same will happen to them.

Samsung is forcing us to upgrade to op13 and likes by not providing 6000mah battery and 100w charging. And costing 2 times the competition. This is ridiculous.
I think that the expense of having 8 Elite on board has resulted in Samsung trying to cut costs in as many areas as possible on the S25 series. I rarely use Bluetooth S pen functionality on my S23 Ultra, and I would just like better low light video noise control and better battery life on the S25 Ultra.

@@arcaine101 Not easy for my country. Oneplus 13 still not for sale. And honestly 7 year software update, dex and pen support more attractive to me. I will wait 1 more year with my 4 years old phone. We are paying too much money for phone because of very high taxes. Almost double price. So if i want to buy a good phone, it must has a good software and a good hardware. My phone supports Android 12 offically.
@Emrullah_BASER Then just buy the S24u when the s25u comes out. It will drop in price with plenty of freebies.
