I bought a used Vino in 2019 and the covid hit. It's been sitting since then. I rode it yesterday for the first time and one of the valve stems broke when I was adding air to the tires. It was the rear wheel. Thanks to Mitch, I know how to get it off. Mitch is the man.
Awesome how-to-video, no ego driven voice over, just cool visual information! Thank you!
No problem!
Seriously. Thank you again, man. You're doing something most people wouldn't be able to do and sharing it with so many.
You're welcome!! Happy to share :)

I just bought a 2013 vino. It needs a few things done to it including new tires. Thanks for this as it’s gonna save me a couple hundred dollars just to remove the wheels myself.
Congrats on buying a vino! Awesome happy to help out to save $$ 🙌🏼🙌🏼

😀really like your videos. you make taking on scooter jobs a little easier to do and understand. Do you a video on the remove of the front forks of a CH80 Elite scooter? I have wobble in my steering yoke. any suggestions? thanks.

Thank you!
Anytime!
Love the heat shield on exhaust
😂😂 thanks painted back in 2010
I ended up putting shinko 421 3.50x10 on both front and rear I love them:) great video . I snuck my rear in and out with the muffler half hanging :)
Very nice!😄🙌🏼
Are the Shinko 421 Tubeless or Tubed tires?
@@linusgallitzin tubed . I mounted them on the vino125 rims no problem set the bead and have put a few hundred km on them so far . They sound really loud like a jeep going down the road I love it. I don't expect them to wear that well . In my experience with shinko they are soft
@@linusgallitzin the rims are tubeless the tires are tubed but I mounted them without tubes they seem to work fine
You might not be able to hear it but I love the tropical bird sounds in the background 😀
I love these videos. Its almost ASMR like. I love the use use of handle tools and not the overpowering sound of power tools. My ears are extremely sensitive so these videos are seriously a blessing.
Great to know, thanks AJ!
Birds around the house is amazing! I can hear when I wear hearing aid 😄
Good stuff Mitch! I needed to remove the muffler to paint it. Thanks man. Any tips on DIY tire replacement?
You’re welcome Richard!

Is 3.50-10 same as 120/70-10 tire?
My 2009 Vino 125 currently has a 3.50 in the front and a 120/70 in the back. Online says my scooter only uses the 3.50. I need to order new tires and I'm confused. Help! Lol
Anyone else get broken studs to crank case? If so what is the best way to fix this?
Question: if my drive belt starts to slip is there anything else I should change when in there
pulleys... also check the condition on clutch shoes
I need some advice. I bought my 125 Vino brand new and only put 58 miles on it. Got sick and it's been parked in my garage for 10yrs. I'm finally able to ride again and have sent it to a local bike mechanic (not a dealership). I know that the carburetor will have to be redone, new battery, new spark plug. Probably should change out all the oil. Anything else I should expect or want to have done to make her roadsafe?
Glad you are healing and ready to ride 😊 I would check the condition on tires and air filter too. Old tires are scary to ride on 🥵
@@MitchsScooterStuff Thank you.
👍👍👍🇲🇾
😄🙌🏼
I have a 2009 Yamaha Vino 50cc. I thought I could rotate the front wheel and the rear wheel for even tire wear. I guess not. The tires are the same, but the wheels are not. :)
Yes, wish we could! Too bad 😤😂
To make it easy to get the work done, buy some impact wrench
Yes, I have impact wrench but I don’t want people to feel like they must have one… not everyone have an impact wrench and air compressor… 😬🤷🏼♂️ also I don’t recommend to use impact wrench for tightening
The only good an impact will do is take off the rear main nut. Beyond that it's useless. 0 reason to have an impact when working on small scooters. This is a very good tutorial for beginners. It allows beginners to learn without the expense of power tools. I have a kit that sits under the seat that has every single tool you need to pull the entire scooter apart and put back together.
If any one has a vino scooter four sale let me no Hillsboro Ohio I'm.looking to buy one for my son so we can ride together mines a 125. 2004 model ruby red. Thang looks like a new one I gave 1300 four mine they redone it all
U can not beat a vino people I no say that they are junk welp I'm here to tell you they are not I love em I'd rather have one of the vinos over a Honda any day vinos rule
Ye - a piece of cake 🤢🤢😱😱
