This guys recommendation to talk to police shows his ignorance. If you kill someone in self defense do NOT say anything to the police period. Only speak to your lawyer period. You are in no condition at that point or anytime thereafter to talk to the police. Only speak to your lawyer.
Just like I said at 3:57, it's best to keep quiet and ask to speak to your attorney. But if you do end up saying something, it is important to articulate it in the right way (as police reports and body camera footage are extremely important in a legal setting).

I've thought quite a bit about what I would do if, lets say in the middle of the night, someone is using a tool to break into the vehicle. I have a firearm, but I understand that it's not a simple explanation as to when it's lawful to use it. Personally, I would much rather threaten the use of the firearm in which case, the perpetrator would likely just leave, however pointing a gun at someone and shooting them are basically in the same realm as far as legality. In other words, there is no situation in which it's lawful to point a firearm at someone, but unlawful to shoot them at the same time. They both coincide. Could anyone point me in the right direction to understand the nuances of my situation? What's my best option as far as detouring a break in while i'm inside the vehicle, and at what point is it lawful for me to either point/brandish/shoot the firearm?

You don’t need a ccw license in Arizona.
Marijuana laws please
You cant own firearms with marijuana card. Even though the state made it legal. The reason why it federal law. Hope this helps
@@theonetrue8292 right on same as cali reason I stop having one. Black market has better product anyways.
@@theonetrue8292 I'm a Chicago resident with a FOID, CCW, and a medical marijuana card.
I can't carry an "open" weed container in my car with a gun, and I can't get caught with just any old weed in a sandwich bag, it has to be from our state.
But honestly, that may have changed with our recreational laws too.
And all bets are off when you're dealing with the feds.
Proof Arizona cares less about the safety of its citizenry...
How’s that AZ is one of the most pro gun states in the union. But if your referring to the fact that the second amendment makes the state less safe than your a idiot liberal obviously.
@@craigthescott5074 -- Arizona Judges FABRICATE fake court documents that turn you into a FELON. This has happened to myself. This is what is happening to Arizona residents. And you're telling me Arizona is "Pro guns"???? YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL
Why even bring up Covid🤦🏻♂️… ruined a great video…
I'm an Arizona resident, and I sleep in a van. To what degree do I have the ability to detour someone breaking into the domicile specifically when it's occupied by myself or others?
