The colour and design in these machines are very beautiful. Contrast it to some machine made today with the lights and everything and they look like horrid monsters out of an inferno hell. Demons. I would rather stare at a IIvx all day than a fake "gamer" computer.
You can take the cover off, free the head from the bumpstock rubber that has melted, and put a small piece of tape over the melted rubber to prevent the assembly from sticking again
Take the cover off and there is a plastic piece that holds the arm in the park position. If you move the plastic piece a bit the arm should move. Be VERY careful when doing this.
Lovely machine’s thank very much for posting.

The grafix issues are probably because of leaky capcitors.

Hey, you're the guy that has all the small cars right?? haha who knew
Rubber bump stop is likely "glued" to the head.
