Are the tires on backwards in the opener? Looking at the tread pattern....Seems that someone did not look at direction of rotation notice.
Oh no, he used the anti-seize on the threads NGK specified NOT to do this..

You didn't torque the plugs,
Dielectric grease on those plugs gives false torque readings... Oh.... That's right you didn't torque the plugs... Wow..... What was the gap? You didn't say that either... Really! Lame
Don’t use anti seize on the plugs
We've never had a plug seize up. You don't want to put anti seize in the plug itself, but you want to use a small amount on the threads on an aluminum head.
