I try to work today on the beach, lots of other stores were closed after two hours of no customers I decided to go on a vacation since I live in Los Angeles California so I don’t have a good time I filmed my whole day there’s always something to do and to see a Los Angeles. I hope you enjoy my vacation.

This guy is so proud of the USA and particularly the LA area. More people should be like him. A happy man with happy content.
He puts on his “theater face” on the videos, he is after all making money off of these videos.
If google/UA-cam algorithms and employees see his content showing negativity and speaking his true opinion on the state of our city with all increases in rampant crime, astronomical murder rates, drug use, homelessness, and just all around lawlessness, he would be shadow banned and have his channel removed at some point.
What is there to be proud of anymore? The crime? Poverty? Taxes? corruption? Pollution? A million people didn't leave the state last year for nothing. I just sold and cashed out myself. The sucker who bought my house can now deal with everything that i didn't tell him about.

In July, I will be coming to Santa Ana for business along with some Slovenian coworkers. I'll be taking them to Venice Beach to see one of the unique sides of America. I really hope we get to see the GIV!

I live across the country in the North East state of New Jersey. Our beaches are only open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Too cold for all year use ... According to the news the State of CA has been putting much needed effort to clean up the beaches/ streets - offering help to all those in need. With your beautiful weather for those who fall on bad times , its sad to see so many in need. Keep up your videos Mike , you pick up new viewers all the time.

i know some places are making an effort to try and clean up the city and make it safer, but people are scared to come to la now and I honestly dont blame them. The crime and rampant drug use is turning my hometown into the walking dead. i really hope someday things will get better and la will once again be the amazing city i grew up in
This was a good video! Really! I loved how everything was spontaneous. No real planning. Sometimes they make the best videos to watch. I don’t blame you for not liking the movie too much. It didn’t do that well in the opening weekend. The Director is good. I liked his scary film, “Mama”. He also directed the two “IT” movies. What your friend had at the Cheesecake Factory is what I usually get. Love it! Keep making these spontaneous videos. Ok. They are good! 👍

A lot of time on your hands now GIV. I always dreamed of having time off work to do all the projects and recreation that I like to do..... then when I was out of work my life was suddenly full of uncertainty and I just found it hard to enjoy the time off. Now I'm working full time and thinking about having time off again. Life is never perfect, lol. Great video's.

So far your content is always interesting, never boring.
Thanks for all the great videos of L.A. The only thing I can suggest is that you show the scenic parts of L.A. that gives good views of different parts of the ocean and coastline and scenic parts of L.A. that gives a good view of L.A. I can think of The Malibu Hills, The Santa Monica Mountains, The hills and canyons in the L.A. basin and maybe the Angeles National Forest. You'd have to do some scouting on youtube and in the County. There's also places in Ventura County that offer great scenery. There all higher elevation places.
Maybe you could also show the outside and inside of the really old Mansions of L.A. That would be hard but if you asked for permission, it might be possible. There is a tremendous amount of history there.
The deserts outside of L.A. also has some historical places. The large dunes that are shown in the movie The Doors would be great to see.

Thanks for a tour of my youthful L.A.. The stars were started as a fund raiser for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. In the 70's it was only about $250 and they were incredibly selective in those days. It was a publicist's dream to get their clients' stars. It was a very big deal when I was a chamber member there for Hollywood Pictorial Tours. You are a great tour guide giving fresh eyes and appreciation for the history of it all.
My grandmother and I regularly went to the Farmer's Market to eat spaghetti and pizza.

You could go to Mt. Loew in the foothills above Pasadena! I hiked there once and it was pretty neat! Lots of interesting old artifacts there!
I live in a boring desert town in eastern Washington. Even a video of you just walking around doing nothing in LA is a treat. I never thought about Venice Beach before I started watching your videos and now I really want to visit.

I see the outdoor tables for the restaurant next to Small World Books but not the bookstore itself. It was one of my favorite stops on the boardwalk for years. I hope it's still there. I also don't see the guy with the piano opposite the restaurant who claimed to have been in Toto. I've never seen it look so empty. Thanks for reminding me of my home for decades. I miss the fresh donut shop too.

It is good to be on vacation where you are living. In LA it is so easy. After work I would not want to go home but go to the beach or the mountains. And no matter where I live I play tourist and explorer as much as possible. The best way to enjoy where you live.

I just got back from LA and we got to go to the Funko store in Hollywood, thanks to seeing it in one of your videos. It was incredible! We didn't spend a lot of time in the area, but we did go and see Tina Turner's star, which was still decorated. In this video I see some other places I'd like to go the next time we're out there.

I'm from LA county. Born and raised. Used to hang out in Santa Monica, cruise through Venice Beach, and my main hang was Long Beach, Ports O Call, and PT Ferman. I Live in Michigan now, but GIV videos sure makes me miss home.

I did L.A. last summer. Went EVERYWHERE. Venice Beach ranked 2nd for me overall. Loved it! The vibe, the people, the vendors, the food, the surf.... just a damn good place to relax. It looks like a ghost town in your vid.... I think the economy is affecting everything. L.A. ain't a cheap place to visit. I imagine it's even harder to live there.
