Emma, your advice recently got me out of a situation that could have been very nasty. I’m disabled, and I’m vulnerable, and I was facing a situation of being alone with someone who turned threatening and wouldn’t leave. I remembered always your don’t comply message. I couldn’t do much but I could rebuff everything he did to try to turn things into some kind of friendly social thing. THANK GOD my grocery order arrived and that got rid of him.
It’s taken til now for me to stop shaking when I think about what could have happened. I have been paranoid about my security since and I’ve reassessed it all. But even though I went into freeze mode, I kept hearing you say don’t comply, and I wasn’t going to.

I appreciate the work you put in for the victims. The victims will not be forgotten by the time you've told their stories, you feel like you know them personally. Your definitely the most natural story teller it certainly feels like your listening to a friend. This girls life cut short in such an horrific way. My heart goes out to her family and boyfriend. I had heard of this case from one other source, however you provided many additional details I had not been aware of. You also mentioned how Sierah lives on through the endeavors of her loved ones, and I cannot tell you how amazing it is that you took her memory of tragedy and ended it with everything she would have wanted to be known about herself. Not a victim, an angel who continues to this day to bring beauty to this Earth.
Hi Emma. I came across this case by accident a while ago. It was just a video that showed him being interviewed at his home & the now infamous barn...with all its secrets! You could literally see the cogs turning faster & faster in the heads of the police. You heard what he was saying to the police, and also what the police were saying to each other!!! It was fascinating watching the process. Your video obviously, and rightly so, gave a voice to Sierah & her family, and as usual was much more in depth than what I'd seen in that other video. I love watching your videos as you do give the victims a voice, and provide so much more information than others do!
I asked previously if you had heard of, and could possibly cover, the Steven Donaldson murder - which happened in 2018, just outside Kirriemuir. It was horrific, tragic, and totally unnecessary! Definitely one that deserves the Emma touch!!!

I agree with you that major policy and law changes shouldn't have to be made by families who are probably going through the worst point in their lives. However, it can also be a reason for families to carry on. By way of achieving something significant out of a terrible and tragic event, the family of a loved one can feel a sense of purpose. I have been in a very similar position, and I can tell you, it really helps one both recover and find a little closure in the end. Love you for your very understanding comment ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This happened just 5 mins north of my hometown Swanton. I live only about a half hour away from there now. They think he may be connected to some other missing people. So scary and still on going

Hearing about how this lovely girls life is being honoured, really moved me. I felt weird smiling at one of these types of videos, but her family and community sound amazing. Managing to campaign and fundraise and get something positive following her death, through what must be unimaginable emotional pain is kind of beautiful. It just shows how loving and caring her parents are.

I agree with you. This was entirely a sexually motivated attack. Sierah WAS SA'd. The use of "That" phallic item orally was SA. Being a survivor of R, out of everything i had to do, it was OS that was the most degrading. He knew this. Vile waste of a zygote.

Could you cover the case of Amber Niven/Gibson? Her own brother was recently sentanced for r*ping and murdering her. Her body was also defiled by an individual who discovered her . Her life was marred by suffering.
That case is horrific. I used to live in Hamilton as well, so it always makes it closer to home. Poor girl. It would be great if Emma could do a deep dive on that one, great suggestion! 👍

I would love to see you cover a case that happened here not too long ago, a girl in my friendship group was beaten to death by her boyfriend Joe Storey. I spent time around them and he came across as a lovely gentle giant there's no way in a million years I would have said he was a monster and poor kerry wouldn't survive. Its hard not to feel guilty like I should have seen something and tried to help her 😪

I had a horrible sexual encounter as a 21 year old. It was a 48 year old man, and he was gross. It was awful. Looking at this guy, I see a facial/build similarity and it makes my skin crawl. What I went through was so minimal in comparison to this, still awful in it's own way, but geez it makes me feel lucky that I didn't lose my life too

When I looked into this case I always thought the reason he didn't physically sexually attack her is because she choked to death on the gag before he could do anything, kind of like an accidental death but obviously he was always going to murder her, I don't know just a weird theory I have

As you were talking about his reasons for what was found I couldn't help but think about my own experiences with the adult entertainment industry. Where I used to film the guy had a big plastic bin filled with women's lingerie. Drawers filled with adult toys. Loads of plastic sheeting as it was messy play, duct tape zip ties the whole works. His flat where we filmed looked like it needed condemning 😅. I know irrelevant really because of the blood and DNA and all the other evidence. But it's funny how we imagine these places will be and the reality. He could well of set up in a barn. But I get what you're saying 😅

My son is in year 10. So I've just found out we don't do A to U anymore. It's 1 to 9. 9 being classed as an A*
In Wales we still do A* to G (and U). God knows why they changed it elsewhere in the UK to numbers, but there we are.
