Good asana and a lot of pressure on hips also. I have a question. In the final position(posture) when my foot was beside my ear, I was bending and my back was not erect. is that ok? I could not see divya's positions exactly how erect her spine was. Not too much bend but i was not erect for sure
नमस्कार जी आकर्ण धनुरासन में आप दोनों पैरो की विपरीत हाथों से पकड़े ।। दाये पैर को बाये हाथ से और बाये पैर के अंगूठे को दाये हाथ से पकड़े और कोहनी की स्तिथि जो आपने बताई वो सही है,तब जाकर शरीर की आकृति धनुष के समान बनेगी जैसे कि हम धनुष को तान रहे है ।। आप अपोजिट हैंड्स से पैरों को पकड़ेंगे तो कमर भी ट्विस्ट अपने आप होगी ।। कर के देखे ये ज्यादा बेहतर है और हा एक पैर सीधा रखते हुए दूसरे पैर के पंजे को सीधे पैर की जंघा पर टिका कर किर्या आरम्भ करे ।। कमर गर्दन सीधी रखे ।। ऐसे करने से जो पैर जमीन पर है अंगूठा पकड़ कर अपनी और खींचेगे तो नीचे वाले पैर की एड़ी भी आसन से उठ जाएगी जिस से सियाटिका नाडी पर बहुत सुंदर प्रभाव आएगा

Hi Kalyana yes that is ok. you cant keep your back erect so its fine if you bend little! :)
