@@Thanos1908 He is an expert in denial, he is consistently wrong about EVERYTHING... He then has to rant on about how it's not his fault, the public are all stupid, the quint essential brat... So bitter and twisted at always being wrong, no wonder the guy resembles a worn out sock used wanking.
There has got to be a role for James O Brien as a sort of Charlie Brooker surrogate, doing a more politics heavy Newswipe on UA-cam.
Brooker & O'Brien, now there's a combo. They should do a podcast Rogan style.
Charlie Brooker is TALENTED.
No thanks, No place at all for this creep
This is my first time watching this: three years, six months, and five days after its publication. It's a pretty depressing reminder of how things were, and also of how much worse things got. We may be out of lockdown by now, but governance has hardly improved and polarisation has got worse. I'm sure part two will be about as uplifting. 😒
Thank god for James the most onis presenter on radio 👍
absolutely no shade to the creators of doctor who, it's fans, or any of it's periphery, (i'm one of the fans), but boris' stay at home announcement bore SO MANY shades of harriet jones' 'where are you doctor' announcement from david tennant's first episode.
couldn't take anything seriously from mophead before that, but that moment was just surreal.
Just imagine how long this would be if he'd added all the contracts awarded to donors and the care homes being forced to take in untested residents from hospitals and the school results and the sending uni students back and the blaming of the public for being to much freedom loving etc.....
James O’Brien , one of the best journalists that calls bull*hit out when politicians lie or just make stuff up , fact checking is important for a reason
O'brien's contirbutions are all rather pointless
great knocking. I know you want to stick the boot in. well done.
Seems like "he who cotrols the pubs controls the universe". Unbelievable !
Drinking has always been used as a way to sedate the seething proletariat in this country.
The government has made a mess of an impossible situation. However if everyone who has made a mistake should resign James should have resigned when he made unforgivable remark to a father concerning sending his child to school, and if the child died it would be his fault. Really cruel awful interview. He should have resigned or been dismissed.
Are you saying that 46,000 people could have been saved? How? Was the lockdown a mistake or did it not go far enough? The lockdowns in Spain, Italy and France were far more draconian than ours and yet tens of thousands have perished there too. Please do educate us with your greater intellect.
@silverfoxeater Double standards muppet
@silverfoxeater Labour voter i smell, JEREMY THE TRAMP WOULD HAVE SAVED US ALL ON HIS WHITE HORSE HA HA , WELL APART FROM THE JEWS OF COURSE
IF HE HAD BEEN VOTED IN HE WOULD HAVE SHIELDED THE WHOLE COUNTRY WITH HIS MAGIC
THESE LIEBORE VOTERS REALLY ARE INSANE
CAN YOU IMAGINE THE HATEFUL CHARACTERS LIKE MCCONNEL, LAMMY ABBOTT AND BUTLER, THEY WOULD ONLY BE INTERESTED IN THEIR "OWN" PEOPLE
I took Dominique Cummings advice and went for a drive to test my eyesight and realised I needed glasses when I couldn't read the signs on the motorway , not until the police pulled me over for driving on the wrong side .
I did similar when I was at a party drinking all day. I wasn't sure if I was rat arsed so decided to settle the argument with the party host. I drove home. In the morning i realised my bumper was hanging off and i had blood and hair in the grill.... now, how that happened I've no idea, but i phoned the host and said I must have been bladdered because someone damaged my car last night and I heard nothing.
Politicians get away with any excuse. Unlike the rest of us.
Glaxosmithkline HQ is in castle barnard! Just an observation guys! I'm sure a uncanny coincidence!
Our headquarters are in London and we employ over 99,000 people in 150 countries.
It's Barnard Castle.

@@peteanderson7416 But Barnard Castle would be an ideal out of the way place for underhand government deals involving Dominic Cummings. Lo and behold a few days later a new government contract for Glaxosmithkline. Do you know what your senior management are up to?
We live on a island we had warning it was coming just like New Zealand did we have the highest deaths in Europe.
Well done James full hindsight and concise unbiased report on where the govt. has gone wrong, easy init!? all you have done is a report on what has happened and your ideas and critique did with the safety of hindsight. Thanks for that you brave individual that you are!!
James please don't call them skeptics That's an insult to all of us real skeptics worldwide. Please call them what they actually are which is fake skeptics or pseudoskeptics. Thank you
Democracy may be at risk. Unfortunately, humanity doesn't learn from history.
What an amazing reaction at 07:47 🤣 Sums up the nations collective recollection of that point in time I think!
And not a comment on how the government turned a democracy into a tyranny, a power they had no right to do. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
But I do agree that politicians in general never admit their mistakes and never ever appologise for them. Which I find is a complete lack of ethics and honour. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Not usually a fan James, but credit where it’s due. And we have so called educated people or our supposed betters running this fiasco. Barnard Castle to test your eyesight has to be up there! I’m not being flippant about people who have lost loved ones and friends, as a result of COVID-19.
Thanks, James - good video :-)
Keep pointing out their lies & hypocrisy.
There it goes....bouncing off the walls of its own echo chamber. Depressingly accurate non-the-less.
Good man. Thanks! I feel just the same. Keep safe.
Lots of wise people around with hindsight.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg 🤦♂️
yeah , you have all the answers right James ?
James you see u can be cleaned and looking good. Don’t get me wrong I listen to your show on LBC I like you. 👍
No Quantifiable Isolations = No Evidence of a Virus = NO VIRUS ,.. Koch's Postulates ,. NOT SATIFIED ,... also ,. NO SUCH THING AS ASYMPTOMATIC SPREADERS !!! look it up ,........ LIEDEMIC! rememebr the lie 14-21 days to flatten the curve !!!!!!!!! LIES LIAR's AND DECEPTIONS
Barnard Castle, isn't that also the home of Gaxosmithkline?
121 Tory MPs have given this a thumbs down.
At least they have so many MPs . .. Labuor seems to be lost in the wilderness. Maybe if they hadn't betrayed their voters things could have been different.
Same thing here.
Should have waited another two months James, they’ve provided enough material in December alone for a whole series of these.
Bang on James. Only a narcissist won’t change their minds, ever. ✌️
Is he still going on about brexit then?
"He looks about.. 43 years younger there"
Brother Seamus. Please learn about the HPF setting on your sound gear. I love your velvet baritone, but HPF takes the boom away. Also, in that particular room you are in, cut a big chunk of 400hz out. So we don't keep hearing that slightly flat A ringing along. That's just my two cents of nerdy tech advice. Help keep your voice sweet. LOve your shows.
Brilliant summation of the total shit show going on day by day. Thank you for a clear chronology of the debacle now know by all. Huge changes are and must be reached. Keep up the fair and factual information stream. Best wishes.
"petri dish" reference to pubs opening- hilarious. You brighten our Brexit future James, thank you and let them av it!
In regards to Cummings,on a driving test your eyesight is check before you get in the car.If fail, the test is over.I believe that Cummings broke the law by driving without knowing if his eyesight was up to standard.A bit like putting your hand in a fire to see if it will burn.
JOB at last looks happy as he declares himself an author. I wonder if he'll still be so proud when they're being pulped.
if only everyone was as smug clever and wise as James O'Brien, what a different this planet would be
Conservatives will go on backing Boris no matter how inept he is for fear of Starmer standing in the wings.
@Oulse Vectum Do your fellow patients all feel the same way?
@@triciacol Do yours, spose you go for the Jew haters Party full of racist mps like Lammy Abbott and Butler etc etc
voting for them is a mental illness
@Oulse Vectum Nothing Liberal about our politics. We are socialists.
Should check out how Victoria Australia has handled it
