A little update, I bought this guitar about a month ago and its been an absolute dream to play. Jonathan what do you prefer between this and the Fender Player series? I’m looking at both but really want the Fender. Why do I want the Fender more? Because Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix played them. Half a year ago I watched a video of yours about the Harley Benton Fusion Pro II and I decided to buy one for myself. I've really enjoyed that guitar and because of it I'm playing as much as I am right now (I play the guitar daily, often hours at a time). Many hours of playtime later I've decided to step it up a notch and buy a different guitar. This beautiful Nick Johnston SSH cought my eye. What is your opinion on this upgrade and how do the necks compare ?(slim c vs modern c) Anyway, keep up the great work!
In case you don’t know, I bought the Atomic orange sss version... it is that good ! The slim C of just a tad thinner.. that’s all✌️❤️
@@JonIsJustTooLoud Thank you for your reaction! I value your opinion!
Nice guitar jonathan . If there is only one guitar in your life , which one would you choose: brand new of this guitar, brand new fender player series , or used fender american highway one? As those guitars at the same price range in my country
The NJ schecter SSS in atomic orange!! Lol✌️🙂
Which model do you recommend for an all rounder guitar? The hss or the sss?
Fantastic playing as always!
PS, would love to see more Schecter guitars here, especially the PT Specials
Get the HSS.. personally I prefer the SSS✌️❤️
Would you get this or the light blue one? I can't decide
The light blue one✌️❤️
Hey johnathan any idea where i can buy this guitar in Singapore? thanks
Go to Davis guitar✌️❤️
Hey John, what do you prefer? The HSS or the SSS variante? I'd love to hear it from you. Thanks :)
The HSS✌️❤️
Please review on charvel pro mod DK 24 if possible
✌️❤️
hey jonathan would u pick this schecter over something like a japanese fender or ibanez az? im having a hared time deciding
Yes I would...✌💚
@@JonIsJustTooLoud thank you so much for replying i guess i really gotta try getting this than haha
overall jonathan how did you like the stock pickups ? I have a set of DiMarzio's in a box that I've slightly considered using instead of these. What was your overall take and did the humming in 4rth and 5th position bother you
I find the pickups are really nice!! ✌♥
@@JonIsJustTooLoud that’s a wonderful thing to hear and of course you make them sound freaking amazing
On starting to forget the name Fender with these Schecters around wow
lol ✌❤
I would probably buy it at some point, but I can't afford a guitar without stainless steel frets...
✌❤
Even with an ebony fingerboard? Really?
wow, you must be a legend
My 2004 epiphone les Paul has seen thousands of hours of play and the frets, though starting to show wear, still play perfectly fine.
IMO, nickel sounds better than SS frets. SS frets sounds too metalic.
How do you compare this with an American standard strato? Better, worse, different?
Different.. nevertheless a great guitar ✌️❤️
Hey Jonathan thanks for the review...it's a sweet axe! I'm left handed and can't find that model anywhere though. Do you have a similar quality hss guitar you can recommend so I can see if they have a lefty version? Thanks!
Check the other websites✌♥
@@JonIsJustTooLoud will do, thx!
What do you think is better: schecter nick johnston or cort g300 pro?
schecter!✌♥
@@JonIsJustTooLoud thanks!)))
Jonathan, do you like the HSS or the SSS more? Is the humbucker on this good? As in, we'll matched to the SS, and not muddy?
For sound.. I prefer the HSS but for looks.. the orange SSS is really nice✌️❤️
Hi, I wonder how you compare this Guitar in Playability vs the New MIM Charvels ...cool vid
No idea man… ✌️❤️
@@JonIsJustTooLoud strange you did not test the charvel yet
@@bluematrix5001 why strange?? I don’t know anyone dealing with Charvels over here
@@JonIsJustTooLoud where are you located?
@@bluematrix5001 singapore
Would you rather have this guitar or the Schecter Van Nuys?
For me.. the Nj✌️❤️
I wanted to ask you something, This NJ model or the one in your other Schecter Van N video is better. I like it better and I think the USA pickups are better, especially the simple ones, more powerful. I have the Nick J version in SSS but it lacks nosority and clarity pills. I like all your videos, Thank you.
You are somewhat correct in your observation.. if you like the playability of the NJ you can always change the pickups like I did. ✌️❤️
@@JonIsJustTooLoud But there really is a big difference between the pickups of one model and the other, I think it is noticeable in the singles. Thanks.
Have you tried the schecter fastback, jon?
No not yet!!✌️❤️
I'm addicted to your videos! How do you think this compares to the Jack Fowler Traditional?
Thank you.. almost the same guitar but with different pickups
Got a slightly modded one (Atomic White )n December.
Schecter is great! Been a fan of this brand after seeing Mark knopfler playing it.
Nice!
Hi great playin. Which one sss. Hss thanks
SSS✌💚
Thanks
Always love from India 😇
stay safe!!✌♥
Hello Sir,How is the playability ,Frets, nut, tuning stability, and pickups sound...in your experience compare to Fender Stratocaster MIM? Thank you,I always enjoy your content :)
Btw the headstock on the schecter it’s similar with Tom Anderson Guitarworks 😄
It's good..i really liked it!!✌🤓
