      Yep. I used to date a local cop. I ran a background check on him when I was suspicious of his behavior. Guess what came back? Zero. His address was listed as the address to the police station and his house wasn't even listed as his assets, no firearm license, no social media nor email or phone numbers. And no family members or associates. It took another year before I found out that he has a wife.
      Of course Ruben's background check was clear. Because nothing was on it.

      My dirty sociopath brother was a cop fired from one county sheriff office for his crimes, so he just got a cop job in another county and then got fired for stealing from the evidence room. I looked into it and found out the second job never even did a background check on him.

      If he was hired by lying on his application under false information can get him removed and Criminally Charged.
      So his ass is on the line. There will be punishment if he lied with intent. Plus if anyone who worked with the city was notified before his start date. So City workers including the City Counsel and City Manager will be tied into this "conspiracy".
      This could potentially be a Public Relations nightmare.

    As a retired Lieutenant of a Sheriff’s Office, this man is truly wonderful. Accountability seems to fall short everywhere. It’s especially important to actually view employees who refuse to accept ownership of their mishandling of lack of knowledge of their jobs and or responsibilities to the public and their office. Long Island… KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

      As a retired federal LEO, I've been assigned multiple cases involving violations of the deprivation of rights under the color of law. Be it police officers, corrections officers, state LEOs, etc. Although it's not an enviable assignment in the least bit, it is absolutely necessary.

      @jonahkrompart ya, its called being a fantastic liar. He also didn't seem surprised, not one iota of surprise. He jist laughed like "oh that's hilarious". Its like dude, these are serious allegations, don't you wanna get to the bottom of it. You have a journalist who's investigating, and if you're not the one who did all the stuff, then why are you so chill with being accused of all that.
      He's a great liar and he had all those in appropriate relationships, if his charm is working on you, then you can assume he did well with the ladies as well. He's a liar, I don't trust him, too sly and didn't even act surprised by what Sean said. If it was something he knew nothing about he wouldn't smirk, it's called dupers delight. He already got away with it and he knows it.

      I've always wondered about that. I do know that if I was to commit a crime at my work place then suddenly retired or quit I'm sure I would still be prosecuted. Why is it a cop gets away with this kind of shit? If it's wrong for one man, or woman to commit a crime then it's wrong for ALL men and women to commit said crime. NO ONE TYPE OF PERSON IS ABOVE THE LAW. DO THE CRIME DO THE TIME!

      Where I live they all retire when they hit 20 yrs, then go apply to work for a different town, so they collect a check AND a pension. Same with the prison CO'S, some of them have 3 pensions by the time they are 78.

      If you were accused of stuff like that, you'd be more surprised. He's heard it all before. He was smiling, said the right thing, was too calm..didn't seem to care to get to the bottom of it. Seemed content not asking Sean much about it. You'd be concerned and trying to figure out who or what or why this was being said about you. This cop locked the front door after... Definitely aus

      If I was hearing that for the first time, to the point where a journalist was tracking me across state lines to confront me about it, I would be baffled and want to know more from the journalist. Maybe give MY side of the story. But he says he doesn't know what Sean is talking about, yet seems completely unsurprised of what is being said. He was displaying zero curiosity.

    Collecting a pension and then going somewhere else is a common practice for governments officials. Compounding the tax burden on the citizens . The corruption is with the city administration who coverup the criminal actions of their employees.

      Someone I know is getting 3 checks on "taxpayers' dimes." After 20 years, he retired from the Navy. He retired from the Post Office after working several years there. And now he is a state representative in Texas.

      If someone showed up at my work and was literally telling me crazy stuff that never happened, I'd be more concerned and baffled. He was smiling and nodding, very calm. One thing in psychology they teach you is that people HATE being falsely accused of things they didn't do. He seemed pretty damn chill and not surprised, like not one iota of surprise on his face

      By far! He has set the standard, the others (those who are trying to do a good job at least) are adapting to follow in his footsteps. I can't help but smile when I watch other auditors use his tactics, adopt a calm and peaceful approach and repeat word for word his arguments and the elements of the law. That's wonderful, because there is still a lot to be done and Sean can't do it all by himself. ❤

    Search "cop acorn shooting" and you'll find the video I'm refering to.
    Cop heard an acorn fall, decided it was a gun shot, imagined he's been shot, then opened fire on his own car (with a person it). His partner, who didn't hear a shot (because there wasn't one), couldn't understand what was going on, couldn't see a person, couldn't see a weapon, also opened fire on the car (with a person in it)... It's crazy.

Si les deux pays se ressemblent beaucoup, on ne peut pas transposer directement ce que l'on voit ici dans ces vidéos et ce qui se passe au Canada. Sans vouloir être trop chauvin, les policiers canadiens sont mieux formés, mieux encadrés et davantage tenus responsables de leurs actes.     9:44 I got to say, I am this far into this video and I am SHOCKED he is answering these questions on camera... I mean he is saying all the "right things" but, I can't thank him enough for this "face-off". 99 out of 100 times they either act tough and ignore and try to intimidate OR they run and hide altogether. I have so much distain for everything that he did and probably is and stands for but again, I'm thankful for this interview.
