Wow.....when you study something, you MASTER it!!! So impressive 👏 Love watching and learning from you!! Dang, wish you were my neighbor!! 😂 This was lovely..thank you so much!!! Amazing little babies!! 😍🥰💖🌵🌵💖💖✨🤗🌞💖💖
I love the colors and shapes of the white and nudes n brown pots. I love 💗 how u took us through the process of getting the rocks and sand for the pots.
Hi from Spain, Christine 🤗! So lovely plants in very beautiful pots 💖! The Ephitelanta with fruits OMG, is too cute 😍... And the tiny baby is adorable. I have enjoyed specially this video because cactus and succulents growing has become my passion and therapy against the bad things in my life. I always look for more knowledge and beauty in my life and you always give me both of them. Thanks, ☮️🥰🌵
Great informative video, I love the mix you’re using. I use scoria/pumice in my mixes as well and I can’t recommend it enough, the plants love it. They look great potted up in those pots too. Thank you for sharing with us, happy growing 😊🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Where do you get all of those cute terra cotta pots!? Also, thanks for sharing all of the great nurseries in Tucson. I can’t wait to go when I visit next!
Hey there long time subscriber here. ! I was looking back at older cacti videos to find help. I live in Las Vegas. My cacti are struggling big time! 110+ degrees and strong summer sun is killing my cacti. This video showed some of yours getting direct sun light. I also can’t get the watering right in the summer. I can’t tell if I’m over watering or under watering. Idk if they are wrinkled because I’m not watering enough or what. Idk if i should do a shaded setup or what. I have a west facing uncovered balcony. Would you be able to do an updated cacti tour plus care tips for us desert dwellers. Maybe include your plants sun direction, water scheduling, which species prefer what condition. I also love mammalaria!
They're so cute, like dollhouse cacti. You're lucky you have places like those to get your supplies. I'm in southern Italy and just had to order pumice from Amazon.
I love the color of your pots! So delicate!! Do u paint them ? Or do you buy them like that? Thanks for your videos and sharing in such a peaceful delicate sweet setting! Watching ur vida is like doing yoga, without the effort! 🥰
Thanks Cyndi! I hear you, succulents get baked in the summer sun here. Have you tried growing them under a shade cloth or in filtered sunlight? We're planning on making a shaded succulent area with 50-70% shade cloth. I'll share some updates as we experiment.
I love the way you teach us about cacti. I live in NY and I have never planted anything. I fell in love with a cacti garden. It was planted in a large glass bowl. Can you teach us how to create a cacti bowl garden and how to maintain it even during the winter? Thank you in advance!
So delicate gentle and attentive wit these sweet beauties Christine! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I was wondering where you source your terracotta pots! They are so original and unique! I have been searching for gorgeous pieces. Also where do source your round belly terracotta pots? (You have your string of pearls potted in one) I love them! And I do believe they are circa 4”... thank you so much! I enjoy all your informative videos so much! -Adelita from Colorado 🪴🌵
I love how neat your top dressing looks. Do you find that it holds too much moisture in? The Lithops and Pleiospilos people are very much against top dressing, but I really want to haha. Do you top dress your Lithops and Pleios when you repot them?
Thank you so much Tanya! Sorry I missed last week, the gem show is going on and we've had family visiting from out of town. But a new vlog is on the way!
Christine, do you know if it's pumice or turface that is sold at IKEA? They call it pumice, but looking at what you have here, IKEAs medium looks more like turface, color wise.
Love your plant vids :) so relaxing :)) I love cacti in general, at the moment I am really into spineless variegated cacti :)) Love the miniatures too and the Echinopsis hybrids for their blooms :))
Any links for all the potting media? We're self quarantined here where I live, so going out is not an option. I can't find this turfus stuff anywhere... would like a small 5 lb bag of the pink stuff.
In my experience these kind of clay, terracotta ,cement pots tend to suck out water from the soil, arent they? So i struggle alot to find the correct frequency of watering. So i kind of moving to plastic pots. Any tips ?
Hello new subbie.please whare can I buy the pre.mixed soil u spoke of?.I'm on east coast.also will this med.be fine to use on my sanserverians?.i just picked up a pockie few days ago goodness? What was I thinking?😢.our try it she' s a beauty.Thank you.take care.
Do you suggest the same tips for replanting or propagating tiny succulents same as with cactus? I’m trying to propagate tiny succulents and it’s been hot it or miss.
Hallo christine 🤗perfect video for me,i need please more from the helpful care,i have new a rhipsalis, haworthia retusa and a sukkulent her name is snow peakes,🌵thank you for your harmony, relaxt videos 💚i send you all my best wishes 😊from germany
Hey Annie! I buy most of the terra-cotta pots at Walmart. But some of the more unusual and randomly shaped pots I find at garage sales, estate sales and occasionally pottery schools will allow you to buy the "seconds" their students didn't want or didn't finish.
They're like "fuzzy" adorable little pets. With so many varieties, some with stunning intricate spines and beautiful flowers. The way they've evolved to be highly adaptable is amazing, they even change their spines depending on how much light they receive. They are survivors, mastering harsh climates and environments, living with minimal resources and doing it all while still looking adorable. Of all the plants I've ever grown, the world of cactus and succulents is my favorite. 🌵🥰
I understand that you now enjoy a whole lot your plants and gardening, but apart from the fact that you rarely upload any video lately, it turned into a gardening channel. Miss your previous content. L have been following you for many years. So sorry to unsubscribe.
Christine, with all the pots you use, you should definitely make them yourself.
I am sure you would do beautiful job😍
Wow.....when you study something, you MASTER it!!! So impressive 👏

Aww thank you!!

Popsicle sticks for labels is a great idea because you’ll be able to check soil moisture!! Thanks for the tip!
I LOVE the pots you use! Absolutely stunning!

Where do you get all of those cute terra cotta pots!? Also, thanks for sharing all of the great nurseries in Tucson. I can’t wait to go when I visit next!
It’s so relaxing to watch her. Her voice is so relaxing. Sometimes I just play her videos in the background while I work.
I love how you choose each pot for cactus 🌵💚🌵💚
Your videos are so relaxing and I like the way tou explain things. I'm from Brazil and I love succulents. Taking care of them is a therapy for me. 😊
I love your channel! ❤️ You are so good and know so much! Love how your hubby supports you in what you do. 🪴🌱
Awesome vid to unwind to.
Can’t wait to see when they bloom. When do you fertilize? Is it done during growing season only?
Your pots are absolutely stunning!
Thanks Gina! I found some of these at estate sales, garage sales and a couple are "seconds" from a pottery school.
@@christinekobzeff Wow that's amazing.

Im in Az and keep killing my succulents I only watered them when completely dry. I think it's just the heat in phoenix. All your cacti look great.
Thanks Cyndi! I hear you, succulents get baked in the summer sun here. Have you tried growing them under a shade cloth or in filtered sunlight? We're planning on making a shaded succulent area with 50-70% shade cloth. I'll share some updates as we experiment.
Therapy indeed. And also fulfilling my Sonoran aesthetic needs. It is so relaxing to watch you work. 🤗 If that isn't the cutest little scoop.
Yes planting is a good therapy ❤️
Love looking at your beautiful plants 😍
ohhh my god that tiny soil shovel you have is adorable, and you moved plants around but its kind of creating a border for the video
Love it too!
Question 🖐! What are the reason for top dressing? Is it for aesthetic or does it serve a purpose? Thank you 💕
I absolutely LOVED this video Christine

Love this repot with you! And all of your terracotta pots are so gorgeous! Do you get most of them thrifted/second hand?

Thank you so much Tanya! Sorry I missed last week, the gem show is going on and we've had family visiting from out of town. But a new vlog is on the way!
What do you do with all those plastic pots? I just started gardening this year and I have a ton of them. Seems like a waste. Thanks.
deanna I use them for future propagations or sprouting seeds! I also wonder if you could return them to the nursery?
C. C. Thanks!
Those are all so precious! 🌵💕😍🥰
Everything you film is so pretty!

Big my question CHRISTINE? Why you love Cactus???

all your pots are too big for the size of your cactus no?
Are you still vegan? So many vegan UA-cam influencers are now ex vegans. Just wondering if you are still vegan.
Can you go back to cooking and organizing DIY videos?
I love your videos and obsess with plants .🍀🌱💜
