Jack is always worth listening to and sharing with others. Now- why do so many follow the crowd? We evolved as eusocial, herd animals and cooperation is how we survived. It became hardwired into our DNA. But we also have the potential to override our instincts. The trick is to know which mode is appropriate for any given situation
I must say, I have to agree in some measure with what Evola said on the matter. “Everybody enjoys the freedom he deserves, which is measured by the stature and dignity of his person or by his function, and not by the abstract and elementary fact of merely being a 'human being' or a 'citizen'.”
Quite simply fantastic. Watching this during my workout it struck me that aside from the content, witnessing your personal evolution has become something breathtaking. There is no one set of answers, but there is to my mind one true path, as symbolized by the line dividing the extremes of the yin/yang symbol - the winding path down the centre. Not the centre as in "moderation" nor as in being lukewarm - something to be spat-out - but rather in the sense that it is down the centre of the sphere we come closest to the sun, to truth. To God, however you define this.
Your books changed my life. Thank you. Whatever you decide to write next, I’m looking forward to it. I’m sure I will be able to use it to help myself become a more complete beast!
In this arid wilderness of steel and stone I raise up my voice that you may hear. To the East and to the West I beckon. To the North and to the South I show a sign - Proclaiming “Death to the weakling, wealth to the strong.” Open your eyes that you may hear, O! men of mildewed minds and listen to me, ye laborious millions! For I stand forth to challenge the wisdom of the world; to interrogate the “laws” of man and of “God.” I request reasons for your Golden Rule and ask the why and wherefore of your Ten Commands. Before none of your printed idols do I bend in acquiescence and he who saith “thou shalt” to me is my mortal foe. Ragnar Redbeard
What is your thoughts on the "Convoy" protests going on? Mainly in Canada but also elsewhere. Futile? I for one am quite surprised by the unity but I fear it is too little too late to make any difference.
They’re a hell of a lot better than saying “there’s nothing we can do, they already won.” When we look back on history we can see groups of people who never even really tried at all, and the only thing we can fairly say is, “then I guess they kinda just let it happen.” I totally support the Convoys and any smartly organized and legitimate effort to take back rule from totally corrupt bureaucrats and corporations. The fact that they are Canadians helped a lot. If that had gone on that long with Americans there would have been an exchange of bullets already.
@@JackDonovan Couldnt agree more. Im very happy that it was Canadians. Would the american armed forces really fire upon their countrymen? Marines killing american people is so surreal that the earth being flat makes more sense... But that is my outside view from Scandinavia.
@@JackDonovan oh perfect! I’ve stopped keeping up with news and am not online as much anymore, considering how things are going lately; the world is getting too depressing and my life is lived mostly offline now. Sorry I missed your book release. I will be buying it tonight for sure!
what esle are you working? Enjoyed the way of men and fire in the dark. I think to difficult to relate to the American favour in the books as an Englishmen
Therefore: sovereignty should be a choice, instead of an obligation as in modern democracy. People are forced into a responsibility they cannot assume.
You're incorrect here: that we've never been able to achieve unity (as far as we know) in philosophy/ "how to live". Doesn't mean it is impossible, we just haven't achieved it YET. But i concede that different enactments of ways to live can coexist, as long as they are not contradictory and hostile to other ways.
I would say people want to be taught how to do. .to learn to gain skills so they can survive and not rely on others so much. Is that not why ones wants wealth so one can move more freely with greater range of resources with less conflicts with others and yet have on hand needs wants and desires. With every wall is a challenge. Like the post modern tech world games. .forced to search change and extend iron sharpens iron. As one man sharpens another. Oh as one mold forms and strengthens another .ideals of reality ..

Beautiful, spoken like a true Jeffersonian. 👍

Love your content! Hail Sol Invictus! Stay solar!
Reminds me of some of the thoughts reflected in your "Stay Solar" explanation.
I’m reminded that for these reasons and scenarios along with many more, the half truth is the most dangerous thing in this world.
Thanks for your work, Jack. I've just seen your interview on the brazilian channel "Macho Tóxico" and ordered your book "The way of men".
I love tradition! Especially the age-old Dutch tradition of SPEAKING MY MIND
Excellent dissection Your content stimulates several thoughts. I can only recommend your book "The Way of Men" to everyone.
Prudery. Nice swipe at those who may consider not sleeping around as a sense of honour.

Well done sir.
I'd like to hear Jack Donovan's views on Death, and how to face it.

Careful Mr. Donavan, you're in danger of becoming a wise man...
He already is.
look at that epic beard. it is a true physical trait of the very few , free wise men.
There are two basic categories of people......some are wise and some are otherwise.
