Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona, This was a very interesting home tour scenario. It was interesting to see the home construction progress and finished construction of the same house at the different stages. I have never heard of the particular area. Thank you for showing this new area!
Trying to get my friend to purchase a new home with an in-law so I'm sharing ur videos with him. Also follow-up on the new townhouses being built would like to know more. 😀
What if every house was supposed to have 1 or 2 trees planted per every certain square yardage for the properties. What would that discussion look like, not too complicated just as an assurance that the environments would be appealing years after building and growing in size.
I couldn't get used to just seeing cactus all the time and barely any trees, that's why I was happy about leaving Phoenix (Glendale back in 1989) after about a year of living in Arizona. I really liked it at first but it got old after a while. 😅
Lol... They do have models. When homes are complete they rarely look like the model home so many people want to see non model homes and also the process of actually building a home. This video showed 3 phases of the building process. But oh well... more models to come.
@@BigSuperArizonaHomeTours not cutting your video down lol. I enjoy your content. Maybe things have changed. I was in real estate 25 years in San Diego but retired for last 20 years. It was kind of a rule back then. The models were the dream and of course nobody ever could actually duplicate the furnishings because they couldn’t afford it 😂 Thanks for the video Super!! ♥️✌️ carry on

First and second homes...trying to figure out the demographics of the family that would buy it. Three bedrooms, all very separate from each other. First bedroom in very front....I would not want my child in that room by the front door so far away from me. Then there is a teen area with one connecting bedroom, which is pretty nice. But only one bedroom connected. My two kids ages 13 and 15 would be fighting over that o e bedroom, while I would never put either of them out front. Strange floorplan.
Hey big super ive been watching you for years . Good to see how blessed your channel has become. Do you give advise on steps to purchase me and my husband are interested but dont know what steps to take. Could we send you a email it would really be a blessing ❤❤❤❤❤
It's just June, July, August and September. I don't know where people are getting 6 months from. I'll take that over 4 months of cold, snowy weather in the winter.
@@BigSuperArizonaHomeTours Yea I have heard. I wanted to move to Arizona three years ago but feel in love with Nevada and moved in 2019. Maybe one day I will tho lol. But for now AZ a vacation spot.
These houses should be in the mid $200,000 range at most
Oh jeeze. Not in Phoenix!
The landscaping and curb appeal in Verrado is 2nd to none!

Um on it!
I see why the contractors don't like that home inspector on tiktok cause ain't no way that 2nd home will be up to par that fast. 😂😂😂
SWEET
Hey Super! Since gas is piping and not wiring, we don't say "pre-wired for gas". Lol. More like pre-plumbed.

That is what they already do

Hey Big super ❤
Hey hey Cheryl! What's Happening!
Yall need hard hats on
Too bad the in-law suite is a tub shower. We older folks just want it to be a shower. Ouch swinging legs over tub. Lol
