15 years ago when we considered Verrado, we were told the Verrado Marketplace was ready for construction. They said new businesses will occupy those vacant plots. In your video, I see those lots for shops still sitting vacant, and you're still saying "going to include."
Well that was 2009 sooo I’m sure that has to do with the whole market crash thing 😅 if you google verrado marketplace they have a site and you can see what will be there.

Hello! Scorpions are going to be anywhere, but as long as you do proper maintenance, they shouldn’t be an issue. Tarantulas I have never heard of them being in the valley. I’m sure they are but probably rare.
Buckeye refers to the Ohio State Buckeyes and they are not a favorite team for many people, for many reasons, there is absolutely NO WAY I would say I lived in Buckeye. Honestly, I don't know if that's the reason, but it's my reason. Go Blue!!! :)

There are several mom and pop places in downtown Buckeye but they're not the type you'd want to take your mom or pop. Closer to I-10, there are couple of Italian pizza places run by Albanians.
Please, if you live in Verrado, you don't ever EVER say the B word... you live in Verrado, and yes, you want LP to take you away from that other place..
