Warped wood is a great compliment and definitely breaks up the build. Not sure about the fountain though. I like the stone floor. I would think of it as someone renovated the coliseum to fit their needs, but kept the main essence which is why stone floors work. Great episode!

Was going to comment that, the stairs are in the wrong side of the building. One of the cool things of the storage cathedral was the look in from outside.

what a master of realism!! I think a sandstone floor would be incredible and maybe break it up with sand and it would break up the brown tone and maybe still be accurate enough. Also though the staircase is really cool I think a true coliseum would have side staircases instead of a central one. Also this looks like the place for a pillager to live…or…maybe a few.

i hated the warped fences when he pulled them out, but fell in love when the fence was in. it looks absolutely amazing! this entire build is crazy!
For a build you should make like a ufo over the wheat field and maybe add some cows too. Great content as always wattles 🙂

Super impressive! I love it! My guess was that you had 280 chests, so I was nowhere even close The blue actually works very well to break up all of the brown tones. The staircase is amazing, just surprised that you put it right in front of the huge window. I think the campfires are perfect as is. And I do really like the stone floor better than dirt. Yes, dirt is more realistic, but since the walls are so brown, having brown floors too, just did not work. It all looks amazing! It reminds me of Trajan's Marketplace. So cool. Well done!

I actually LOVE the warped fences there! They pop, but not too much, & they will look even better when item frames are in!
You could have done different patterns on the banners, like they represent the champions/competitors of the arena. Like the pillagers from the beginning of the ep could have the banner you got from them hung in a prominent spot since they were the first.
Tips: In my storage room, instead of barrels, I’ve put crafting tables under the columns, so it’s easy craft anything anywhere. Also, I think red banners would look better in the colosseum.

Instead of a fountain in the middle, what about a big tree? I think that the leaf colour and texture would break it up nicely

Ok, it may sound crazy, but if you change all the wood on the inside of the colosseum to warped wood, it could look pretty cool. Amazing build btw
Maybe make the lantern fence posts out of the warped wood to tie in the first level to the second?
I love the blue tones with the storage system. Really helps add some pop and color to the build which would otherwise be a bit bland. Alternatively, crimson wood would look really good since it's a colloseum and can be like "blood" and stuff. But I prefer the warped wood to be honest. Since you are doing a lot of Roman stuff this time perhaps you can make a roman town. Perhaps this roman town existed in this world first and then some settlers came in the sky ship and settled here and built stuff like the tower and sheep afk building. Then they took over the Roman ruins and renovated them. Maybe you can make a Roman temple for clerics and a Roman bathhouse too. You could use campfires under the water to be like heated baths. Maybe you can make a roman barracks and ancient roman library. Tons of cool ideas. Loving the builds so far. Keep it up!!

loved the warped wood and the stone floors. I would switch the stair case to other side because it totally blocks the window while having a secret entrance into the "important" chest and the spawner are kind of cool. Having the view to the window brings a new element into the build plus color from the outside. I would also add trapped doors under the warped fences. Best part....ORGANIZATION!! Messy chest are my pet peeve! LOL

Bro, you really made a massive lovely window and then covered it up with a massive oak door. I would have flipped the stair case and fountain, then the staircase would cover entrance to the spawner, give it more of a dungeon effect.

For the floor i was thinking Sand, like in the film Gladiator, what do you think? It‘s simple, but brighter than dirt.
Maybe also some armor stands fighters and some redstone „blood“ as fighters maybe:)?
I think I‘ll Build one in my world and take Lot of Inspiration of you, especially the Mushrooms blocks are a Great idea.

The colosseum looks so good! I love the accent that the warped wood adds to the build. I kind of like the fountain but I feel like you could add something better there. But overall it looks so good, it's honestly my favorite build in the world so far.

Love the addition of warped in there. It looks amazing. I don't think you need to swap out the campfires for soul ones. It helps bring a warm tone up there and balances it out better. I do think maybe you can mix in some soul lanterns somewhere. I do love how it looks the way it is though. OH suggestion for the fountain... maybe add prismarine to the floor of it? Or maybe just make a tiny pond with a couple fish in there. Also pls make tree farm and cow farm.
The window is blocked! I would move the stair case to the other end. I could also see leaving it where it is and have stairs come down half way from each side and a stair case up to the middle. Either way, the window shouldn't be blocked

But, you blocked that awesome huge window with the stairs. Perhaps moving it to the other end? Or maybe a split staircase leaving the window open and stairs on either side?

Big fountain in the middle... BUT! Top of the fountain has a water elevator going down in the middle which leads to like the gladiator cooridors underneath where there are prison cells and also they battle zombies in the zombie farm... The only way to access this area is from the water elevator and you fly in on top with your elytra (or jump in).

Hey wattles, you could try putting hay bales under those campfires to make the smoke go higher and be more visible from far away. Then maybe cover the haybales with trap doors.
make the zombie spawner into a redstone contraption where you can use it as a farm most of the time and release some zombies into the colosseum for a gladiator battle if you feel like it!

Just awesome the interior is very impressive
moving staircase to the zombie end could include a cool narrow path through the center of the stairs to the zombie spawner - loser has to go down under to the zombies, winner gets to enjoy the fountain by the window
Building a statue on top of the fountain and making the fountain a bit bigger might be cool and make the fountain work while adding more detail!
