Since then I have filed a numerous of complaints,and three mangers,the post master,and consumer affairs called me back saying that the supervisor that day has been educated and reprimanded..However,here we go again with more of the same!! So like I always do,I will be filing more complaints,and will be doing another follow up/re-visit..

You’re knowledge and assertiveness but without being demeaning or rude truly makes those people that don’t even know that what you’re doing IS A RIGHT, be able to understand and learn because you don’t come across as rude or disrespectful in your approach. It’s a very good tool to have when in a stressful situation that has a tendency to turn violent for no other reason than other peoples ignorance of their rights!
Tyrant Terminator, the cop was wrong. Just because they get for service (for something that's perfectly legal) they are not required to respond! They're required to tell the caller/complainant that what they're describing is legal and doesn't require a response. Responding to a call about a person filming in public is a waste of resources and money and takes cops away from actual problems. PLEASE correct them moving forward everytime they say that. I'm sure you hear that all the time. Just trying to help. Keep doing what you're doing. You're the best in the biz!!

Poster 7 is toilet paper. Instead use the actual federal law under USC Title 39 section 232.1 subsection I "Photography on Postal Property"

I’m investigating what personal information these postal employees leave out in the open for anyone to see.
Real criminals use hidden cameras to record information, I’m in the open and making sure they know I’m recording.
Tell them to never expose person information to the public for no reason. I did not go over a customers shoulder or anything like that.

The local police department have no judicial on poster grounds whatsoever. Those police officers who show up can not have firearms on Post Office grounds. They need to stop being Feeling Police and act like Law Enforcement and uphold his constitutional rights. The Post Office Manager is so rude, aggressive, confrontational, Unkind, impatient, uneducated and unknowledge. If she knows how to read, she needs to be made aware of her building Post 7.
Why in the *ell the post office won't let all employees know about the rules. It seems like they only teach them that they can't record while at work. Smh

8:00 the question "you're not recording anyone's personal information?" should have been "they are making sure people's information is not viewable, right?" he should go cite the clerks for breaking the law, if so
and the other officer made the same mistake 9:00 which should have been "as long as they aren't letting people's information be viewable, I won't cite them"

She is the most rudest manager I have ever seen. I have an issue with her giving her employees directives on what to say to you instead of coming out and speaking with herself. Instead she wants to hide behind her office door like a coward. This is not the proper behavior of someone in charge. The gentleman that waited on you should be the manager.
That manager needs retraining on how to treat customers. You need to get with the Post Master of the Station and this Manager to be sure she is clear about NOT closing window shades on you.

They shouldn't be concerned because you shouldn't be able to see anyone elses information at anytime from any possible position in there. And if you can then you have the right to sue them because if you can see another persons private information, then others can see yours...

TTA...when you contact Consumer Affairs, a Postmaster, a Regional Manager, etc at the US Postal Service...ask whoever you are talking/communicating with TO SEND WHATEVER THEY ARE TELLING YOU in writing so you HAVE IT and you can then SHOW IT to anyone you might want or need to in situations like these. Also, do you CHECK WITH the local PD to find out BEFORE you do a post office audit to see IF they have an agreement/contract with the US Postal Service for them to RESPOND TO AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT any incidents on post office property? Local PD's and Sheriff's Offices DO NOT HAVE ANY JURISDICTION on federal property (post offices that are actually US Govt buildings and properties) UNLESS there is a formal agreement/contract between them. Check into that concept and legality, other auditors such as Sean of LIA and Jason of Amagansett Press have covered the topic extensively in their videos, they have EDUCATED postal workers AND cops about it and so on.
