- • First Amendment Audit.... 👈this is the original video. In today’s video,we went back to the Waukegan Police Department on June 19th 2023,to follow up with Deputy Chief Neal,and the Sgt said ALL the chiefs were off due to the holiday. But while I was there,I noticed Ofc Figuero was working the desk.(this is the officer that was dispatched to the DCFS/child support office that day Ofc Ferdina made those comments)In that video he was the one saying the battery that was committed against me wasn’t that bad. Now I asked the Sgt what was the status of the detective following up with me,and he said that in the report,the victim declined..TOTAL LIE.. So I went back the next day,and spoke to a Commander Agulianos about my concerns. Make as many people aware that’s over Ferdina,so that way just in case Chief Neal doesn’t stick to his word(look into it)that way I have exhausted all my remedies as far as the courts are concern.

I agree. I like when the identifying information is provided of the location and employees ,who have appeared in these interactions. Many of us most certainly have concerns regarding the behaviors displayed by these public servants.

When a public employee or a business makes a complaint on YOU, the cops show up and act as if EVERYTHING they said is 100% FACTUAL
However if you make a complaint or accusations on another cop, it's "I wasn't there so I wouldn't know" or "I wasn't the one talking to you, you're talking to me now"

16:50 Two party consent does not cover out on PUBLIC Property, It covers Audio on private Property where there is an expectation of privacy. There is no expectation of privacy in Public unless the parties create it. Didn't you just make a verbal complaint? He is pretty fast at trying to write down your info, but he can't write down the complaint? Did he all of a sudden forget how to write? The only personal info you need on a FOIA request is your Email. There was absolutely no misunderstanding in the video.

THEN, he gave for a "case number" for a charge that in the system was never filed??? How the fk did you get a case number and why would someone contact you if the report/charge was never filed/assigned to a detective because "victim declined". The Sarge actually did you A BIG SOLID and told on the officer right next to him and you missed it... Watch this video back and look at dudes face bro...

2-Party consent laws, "eavesdropping" pertain to telephone conversations. Officer Ferdina sounds like a nutcase. I don't think complaint forms do anything but it might be a good idea to have one on file just for proof he's saying some threatening things to you.
