Not knowing what document goes to which area of a state department's office, not knowing where any document goes to,what it says,how many pages,and all that jazz. It's depressing of how further downhill that things have gone, since the Reagan administration! Or more precisely, since the Eisenhower administration. The Clinton administration had tried to get people to be educated on how there are checks and balances. In any state government facility,where they're also public servants. That don't really care about our civil and constitutional rights. Lots of red tape. Politics involved,and more legal bullcrap from the state government and their city government being incompetent. And just plain stupid. Wholly ignorant of what law-abiding citizens have to put up with. More incompetent idiots at work, being ON or influenced on drugs... (In the state of Illinois..... unfortunately,that state isn't the only one that have lack of transparency. ) You'd think that newly elected city officials would get things done right the FIRST time. But no. All this, because SOME state employee had assaulted TTA AND violated his First Amendment constitutional right. It's insane! Critics would say,why doesn't he just get a lawyer? And TTA has to go through the paperwork in order to issue litigation against that particular individual.......who assaulted him? " Because in the courts, it'd take too long,is expensive,and would cost taxpayers money. And not from the idiot who assaulted TTA. First Amendment protects anyone who exercises our First Amendment constitution at and in any public facility. Local, state,and federal. That's how our First Amendment works. I went thru a similar situation 45 years ago. The P.D. covered for several of it's officers. I went to the FBI and they handled things pronto. One fired, One swallowed his shotgun and two demoted to desk duty for a period. This is important!!! DO NOT go to the FBI in the county it happened. Scoot over a county and file there. MK
