Probably why she didn't show to court. Her thinking was probably that the order gets filed with hopes that TTA auditor accepts the order outside of court (same as paying a traffic violation, meaning you plea guilty without court appearance). When she was issued notice that he objected and wanted to contest this in court, she most likely decided to flake and let it go.
Get feds involved. File with FBI. Record that also. 18 USC 241 Conspiracy against rights. Everyone involved from health department, cops, judge, etc. Send them a copy of your policy $1000 per hour dealing with malicious paperwork. $25,000 false detention . $100,000 false arrest. $1000 per hour under detention or arrest.

seems like we are facing similar situations. The Police Street camera by my house which has not been working for years were fixed on Monday a few hours after my library audit where the feds were watching me inside and followed me outside due to false claim by security that I might be a shooter because i had me press vest on -- the harassment and threat to our freedom as auditors and activists is real out there. But that won't deter our dedication to fight for our rights and freedom- it only encourages us to be more active- keep a body cam on yourself at all times it really helps in sudden situations like these...
Also these judges need to lay down the law that if they are looking for a restraining order or a search warrant they better be truthful or shits coming down on there asses.
