With the dead wood on that tree was it made or just a part of its life in the past with natural die off. ?? 👍🇦🇺

@@DavesBonsaiyes I made the deadwood- this tree has only been in development for a few years: it was from the Peter Tea workshop and I think the only one that was kept alive 😜. Peter had me doing the Shari to reduce the live vein slowly and connect it in the future - so planned to carve out longer each year

I also didn’t prune it at all last year as it was still needing to regain health and needed the foliage to push its health- looks like it rebounded great
