Thank you I'm going to make this looks delicious and your right cheeper and feeds more people making at home. Do you ever go to Penny's on Hastings it was my favorite but it's been a few years since I could go. I have since moved to the Okanagan and miss it. Keep making these good wholesome videos ☺️
I have been to Penny's a few times but not in the last few years. I used to go to On Lok's a few doors down a lot more. Now that you mentioned Penny's, I'll have to go check it out again. I just had dinner at Hoy's Wonton House on Saturday \july 29.. It was their last day after being in business for 40 years. Thanks for checking out my video.
My main concern is whether the supplier is reliable. I tend to buy from larger well known outlets like T and T Market and now Walmart. I'll have to check that place near the Richmond Public Market Thanks for letting me know. Thanks for checking out my video.
@@DanSetoChineseCanadianRootsTV is right cross street of Public market there is one seafood outlet. For years I buy discount seafood such as Crab or Lobster which low as 5 bucks each. They said is safe because it only dead for hours
Your Walmart certainly caters to the local demographics. Fresh salmon head sold there too. 😲 We do not have a fresh seafood section in any GTA-based Walmarts contrary to what the associate Charles claimed. I am craving ginger scallion lobster now. Need to use a gas stove and wok for optimal restaurant quality results. Thanks for the recipe and helpful instructions. 👍
More of a subtle flavor without the fermented black beans. I like it both ways. Sometimes I like it with the cream sauce. Thanks for checking out my video.
I have never eaten crayfish but I used to cook scampi in a seafood restaurant. You might try the traditional way of cooking without deep frying. Do a quick stiry fry and take off the crayfish and put on a plate. Don't clean the wok but continue to make the sauce as you see in this video. Then just pour the sauce on the crayfish just before serving. It's more like stir fry prawns. Let me know if you try this recipe with crayfish. I'll see if I can find some crayfish in my area so I will try and do a video. Thanks for checking out my video.

Lung Ha woo!!
For sure, one of my favorite foods. Thanks for checking out my video.
Looks good! I guess this recipe should work with crayfish ass well, but since crayfish is much smaller I'm sorta afraid to overfry it
