*Bank owned not banked own.
I'm sorry Chakits, that was driving me crazy!! lol
Not feeling this one but I did like the pic of you on the profile
Will be many more!
Hello Chakits, my name is Luis Urbieta and I trust in you and yes, no bank owned homes is perfect wnd I love these videos. Thank you Chakits and you should say I am the Upgrade man at the beginning of video and at the end.
What type of camera are you using? It's of great quality!
This is the cheapest looking expensive house I’ve ever seen
And yours is just cheap
I agree, for 1.6 million I'd expect a little better workmanship too.
I noticed that these days you pay at lot, but get no or very little yard, rooms so small that if you sneeze they buckle out, neighbors so close that you can step into their house through your windows or doors and a HOA( basically the neighborhood pimp or bully assoc that you pay a boatload of money to for the privilege of being told that you can't park here, there or any where or adorn your house or yard in any manner that doesn't suit them or the people that they are besties with. ) that's in your business 24/7. Plus the contractors will finish with the cheapest looking appliances, trims, flooring and fixtures. I grew up w/ yards and lots of acres to roam. Call me crazy or whatever, but for that kinda money I'm gonna need to see land that belongs to me as far as the eye can see, lolz.
bruh where i live it will probably be like 3 million
I WOULD START MY OFFER AT ABOUT $1 MIL... AND POINT OUT ALL THE SAME THINGS THAT THE REALTOR JUST STATED!!
BANKS DON'T WANT TO HANDLE REAL ESTATE... THEY HATE IT!!
THEY WANT IT "OFF THE BOOKS" FAST!
This house is horribly designed, super outdated and overpriced. The bank can keep it.
house=rat maze ...and that crappy side door to the street in the "maids" quarters would be where someone breaks in ………...I never thought I would say too many bathrooms
I’d buy it for a lot less money but there are things I like about it and the neighborhood looks cool
Buy cheap, fix some stuff up, sell for more.
Ms Cynshe Same thought here.
Ms Cynshe overpriced? Where do you live? In the middle of no where?
That cement stairway with the metal handrails has all the curb appeal of a Greyhound bus depot.
🤣🤣🤣 😁👍🏽
Precisely lol
😂😂😂😂
More foreclosures to come during this crisis
Won’t be enough time, to many people do not save.
Empty Pockets Jobs & most people won’t be able to buy as well
And that leads to opportunities
Empty Pockets Jobs true , it sucks but the virus is leveling the playing field
I hate to sound tacky, but in the future their might be a lot more vacancies in the U.S.
Cracking up at the fake "wine cellar" in the garage with a wrought iron gate protecting a wine fridge. Peak McMansion.
That bedroom design is so hilarious. 😂..Imagine getting out of bed in the dark and falling downstairs...
Dasha Jean 😂😂
I was thinking the same thing 🤔
I know right. Takes the idea of king of the castle too far
So true, I would definitely remove the stairs.
Dasha Jean I can imagine me with my Ambien at night, getting up and falling to my death....I am 72 years old...to many stairs, an the main stairs is broken up...no I would want that railing to go all the way to the top...not worth that money
I truly enjoy your videos. You are extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Brother trust me when I say, you earned your viewers and subscribers with your quality of videos. Keep up the great work!!! You're going to the top.
its crazy, when the owner moved out of that house I bought a lot of furniture from him. he was really nice guy & let my daughter pick out a lot of stuff and gave her a bunch of books for free. 😊
iris leyva .. really? What did you buy & how did you hear of the sale of furniture
DJQuikSilva i got beds couches & game boards for less than 50 bucks
iris leyva .. nice & such a good price 😏
im surprised i hope his furniture was better taste than that ugly arsed house never seen anything so unpleasing to the eye
ted bear Im glas you have a better home than this one. I grew up in a house that looks nothing like this. I would take this house anytime!
"built in 2006", yeah, this isn't the first time this house has been bank owned
Yep true!
This home is the perfect emblem of real estate hubris. Nothing about the design is timeless.
I don’t know why but I hate this house. It’s horrible.
Only the kitchen was nice the rest of the closed off rooms floor plan and pool plan were bleh.
I like the outside, but the inside was a disaster. I think they should make an open floor plan.
@97RAVINEAVE why can't you go outside, the heat?
@97RAVINEAVE shut up, u know nothing. my old house in henderson was $880k and it was around 5000 sqft and that is a great deal.
@@c.m.b.7567 also in those areas house prices get hit the worse when there is a housing recession. Your 880k house might drop to 200k after caronavirus is done.
I would’ve like to see the house across the street. And stay safe out there.
Hell Yes
lamarr lassiter Me too!
I said the same thing! The house across the street is gorgeous. I would have the theme song from Rocky playing in my head everytime I climbed the stairs to the front door. lol
The house was okay, but I wouldn't buy it. I did like the elevator. The layout was weird to me.
We said the same thing. Too many walls and I couldn't the house out!
Yes too boxy
@@terifulcher4807 just watched a tiny house video, much more relaxing, with their 2 dogs!!😁elevators expensive to maintain. He's even afraid of the elevator. Carpet#1970's..
Do you see an issue with him talking about the birds crapping and the rat alert then?
Layout on my current home is way worse! Like break your toes running into a random 1-2” rise in the floor in the kitchen! Multiple types of crappy laminate flooring, 3” step up in the bathroom and a random 2x4 across the bathroom floor! A floor I will add that has a nasty slant to it because the jackass who built it thought cement blocks on dirt was a good enough footing! My house is a disaster zone and I can’t wait till my family has enough to move out!
Anyone got some winning lotto numbers!
Your personality is great, just by hearing you I can tell you are a good person!
House is horrible design, chopped up, this is not worth even a million
Soaring Energy OMG you obviously don’t know Anthem Country Club.
bassethound1 why would knowing Anthem change my opinion? Even if Anthem was the Bel Air of Henderson- that particular listing would STILL HOLD the same opinion- THE ONLY thing they may change , IF in fact Anthem WAS the BEL AIR of Henderson- AND THAT the asking 1.6m is FAR BELOW current comps- THEN I would consider a complete tear down and rebuild/remodel- but anything short of that, would not entice me to buy.
Soaring Energy ACC is indeed the Bel Air of Henderson. Comp on the same street with similar square footage is $2.5M. You may not like the house but your assertion was that is it overpriced by half a million and I’m sorry you’re just wrong.
@@bassethound1 If you base it off of taste, he is right. I guess for the area though, that price is the norm. Ugly nonetheless.
@@ShushaSofia exactly! Not everyone is willing to pay millions just for an area, when the house doesn’t match. The area is nice but this house is NOT worth the money as it stands. 🤷♂️
I love all ur videos. My family has been watching u so much while being in quarantine. Thank u for making these videos for everyone. Be safe and Bless u all.
Oh hell no, especially at a national crisis we have, wait for the massive foreclosures to come and massive price drops. This is a large home with the cheapest fixtures from Home Depot special deals. This homes looks haunted also. Anyone with that kind of money will be smart enough to pass. Layout is terrible. Omg Hoa wtf.
@ Rene Hernandez
Massive foreclosures are typically( judging from 2008) at much lower price points than this home
@Trees
You contradicted yourself in your first sentence
But would love to know what chapter and verse of the bible what you posted is stated
Lol, this is why I love watching your videos, because you, unlike a lot of people, keep it 100% and real. As real as can be, and i love that. You make mistakes and don't try to fix them or do voice overs to clean them up. Your brain farts are great. As for the house, it's not to my taste. I like the old school mid-century modern homes. If I ever move back to Vegas, I know who I am coming to , to be my agent.
It doesn't have any particular wow factor that would make me spend that much to own it.
I have absolutely learned so much about what to look for when I decide to purchase a home in Vegas. Also, because of the way you do your tours, I have decided Style and what I like and don;t like as well. You are so good, I would tell you what I am looking for and TRUST you to go set it up for me without even physically being around the proces. Thank you for what you do!
Trying to sell the house...."oh look you'll have golf balls flying toward your house", "oh look a rat", not very smart
Lol, what kind of a sales guy is that..
😂😂🤣🤫😂
He's not actually selling this house though. Right off the bat, he criticized the house when he entered it. He's just giving you a walkthrough of different types of houses.
I mean, how many of us here actually have a plan right now to buy a house lol
I wouldn’t want to live in any house that would have golf balls coming into the yard ..
Except he's not trying to sell it
I plan on retiring in Vegas in a year. Your videos are teaching me on what to look for when purchasing a home. I appreciate your videos and all your hard work. Thank you!
I'm Sorry, But, I'm watching this video and everywhere you turn Chakits, I'm feeling it's HAUNTED. Like something is going to get me... 💀 😆
Lol I was thinking the same thing too. I'm like... ugh, why did he turn the light off when hes walking up the stairs. I will never turn off the light til I get to the top.
I totally agree with you. It feels haunted.
No such thing as ghost 👻. Lol
I didn’t feel anything in this one.
Yes not enough natural light
Thank you, Chakits, for always sharing your knowledge and experience. I greatly appreciate it !!
I don't find this worthy of a million dollars.
@Trees Jesus never said the rich cannot enter heaven
Lamar Battle not if your trying to sell it at 2 million#????
Trees Nonsense! Grow up it’s 2020
Trees Nonsense! Grow up it’s 2020
When building a house my dad ALWAYS used 30lb felt . AND when we did the floors we used a sub floor and 15lb felt between that and the main floor . most times was particle board . Screwed and puttied on screws and joints of the flooring .
How can a house that is only 14 years old be in such bad shape. This tells you a lot about how badly homes are build in Vegas. The only positive is that there is a decent sized back yard.
Well done Chakitis, you really know your business. Very educational
It's called a mantle. Lol.
There's a hidden safe under that bed on the master where the stairs are.
Looks like the previous owner was in the middle of remodeling & didn't finish. Certain projects were completed but not all of them, before the house got foreclosed on.
Carie Saad I didn’t like the raised bed. It would only be a matter of time when half asleep I would have broke something...hopefully not my neck... forgetting about those stairs.
Dee Marie Dubois hahaha!
Lots of great features in the home. Def needs some updating. Thx Chakits. Stay healthy my friends
You get an extra like if you change the battery in the smoke detector.
Until just recently, after the stay in place, wasn't Vegas all about wildlife? Tee hee hee. I'd give that joke two out of five toilet paper rolls.
The place is kinda hodge podge due to the flooring. Just does not match in a neo Tuscan home. The grey tile, the grey kitchen, it's clownpants. A Chakits action figure in the powder room, a definite improvement. OK enough. That platform bed, you got to be kidding. LOL.
Stay healthy CK.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
For anyone who is thinking of buying or especially building they really need to watch your videos because there is a lot to consider when you are building or buying a home at a high price tag. Your videos may be long but they are very informative to the consumer. What you do, I have not really seen any other realtor do. Most just give the brief specs of the home with a brief tour...just for show...some don't even show the yard and don't never tell the consumer what they are purchasing because I just don't think they are educated on different items and materials offered in the homes/or packages. I'm sure you are valued at your place of employment. Stay safe out there.
Not worth the headache for a 1.5 with all the updating needed for my taste. I want a mid century modern .
Sheila Mahone whats would you offer?
1.6 million dollar home and a dead battery in the smoke detector.
Well it is a foreclosure so
Michael Cervantes exactly what I said
Yes chuck you have done a very good job in educating the public. I've myself have learn a great deal from you. Keep doing what you are doing. Have bless day. Smile
That home is amazing❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for the information about the details.
That's a beautiful home.. A few things that don't go with the home but it's beautiful... The neighborhood is really nice... The whole location is amazing.
Crazy!!!!
After you reviewed this home the price fell to $1,400,000. I actually really liked this house even though I kinda feel like it was built for a pornstar.
Yes! Gives off strong playboy mansion vibes
It was missing stripper pole dance in the master bedroom. Tacky!!
Im subscribed twice! My husband and I love your show we enjoy it when you go into details and you know your materials.... must you say doo doo?🤭😂
"Must you say doo doo?" 🤣🤣🤣 😁👍🏽
The house across the street looks much nicer! On the outside atleast.
me n my wife getting a new house and u taught me a lot thanks , keep up the good work!!!!
The price is way off the value. So much work need doing
I watch everything you post to your channel. Thanks for sharing. Lots of fun for me!
This is not worth $ 500K - Especially considering the market and climate that we are in -too much uncertainty.
Jack Spade this is when you go find deals and negotiate heavily.
its worth 600k..... even with a severe corona virus recession it would be worth $100 per square foot (6000 sq. ft. house).....$200 per square foot with the bull market that just ended.
5150
No one is gonna buy it
Haha. Great way to sell a house Chuck.........”oooh there’s a rat” nice backtracking though 👍🏽
Haaaaeee it scared me,
For this price .. we can do wayyyy better than this outdated loss ..
Outdated your 2020 house will be outdated in 15years
Modern is shit
Thank you. I appreciate the info and these nicer homes help me to know what to look for when I'm ready to upgrade.
I'm sure it's worth that much money to someone, but not to me.
What a maze of rooms and corridors!
Stopped being interested when you said, "Gaited community". Just another fancy words for HOA!
Gated, moron.

You are the real estate agent I want!!! You are superbly knowledgeable and pay attention to important details that someone like myself wouldn't know to look at. You are definitely for the buyer on this one. I subscribed so I can get more knowledge on what to pay attention to. Keep up the awesome job, you earn every penny of your commission!
If golf balls are landing in the yard, any kids or pets who happen to be outside could be hit.

For $1.6 million you will be able to buy the Bellagio in about 2 months! PS: House looks like a Holiday Inn Express. Fugly
I absolutely love watching your videos. Fairly new to GV Henderson. My family and I came in because my husbands job. Wasn’t sure if we would stay so we rent. Found out we love it and can not wait to purchase our first home.
We want to now stay in the area for the schools so waiting out to see what homes will pop up in the school zone. You have provided me with knowledge of what to look for what to look at. Things I never thought of. What to expect with paperwork fees etc. the advise to me is priceless and I could not thank you more ☺️
He keeps saying it’s a two person house. It’s got three bedrooms not including the casita. Maybe he means two family home?

1.6 lawl. $350 at best in a few weeks with this market and recession.
Finally somebody with some common sense I said it wouldn't be worth a $100000
I find myself watching these videos primarily to see what the backyard looks like as far as the pool.
All those 1M+ house's in vegas are outdated.( at least on this channel)
Older houses are way nicer then modern crap, get some taste
@@lukeellis4828 that's subjective!!!!!
Luke Ellis - agree.
There is no wow factor at all. You showed a Malibu property for 2.3 and that joint was 🔥!
The outside stairs ruined it for me. Horrible. The architect did this on purpose.
Although an older vid. Luv it. I have learned so much frm ur vids!
Great to hear!
You said "K" about 200 times, and "right" about 100 times, and "now" about 75 times. It reminded me of a little school girl saying "like" all the time. Far as the house goes, no way in HELL would I pay $1.6M for that convoluted thing, in an HOA with horrendous fees, and stuffed in between two other houses with virtually no land, and with a golf course in it's back yard. Just my opinion, but million dollar mansions should come with as impressive amount of land as the house. Why pay millions of dollars for a house where your neighbors can stare in your windows straight from their windows next door? Makes no sense.
I agree with you 100%. This looks like a horrible place to live! It's gotta be big house, big land for me, not a freakin' postage stamp lot! I don't care how much I wind up spending on a home, I am not EVER buying anything with an HOA.
Appreciate your videos and honesty. Definitely over-priced @$1.6M...keep doing you!
"Potential water problems." Hence the water on the driveway lol
You do a beautiful job explaining the homes particulars. Home is worth at least a million, due to the area. However, needs to be updated. Be safe in these " Rona streets"
That street has it's own manned gated entry for a cul-de-sac with only 10 homes. That's some kind of privacy.
zippyman818 The cul-de-sac has it’s own automated gate. It’s part of a much larger neighborhood that has a manned gate.
@@clearskytrain Yes, thanks for the clarification! Be well, Javier! I love Chakits' videos, I do tend to skip to the kitchen first and the go back and watch the entire video!

Nice house, but it seems to be more in the $600-$800,000 range.
My sister lives in Henderson on a golf course. Many of the homes are very dated in a sense they all look the same with the same colors. The lot is big with this home. I do not like the style of this home. I like modern or mid century modern better. A lot of the businesses also look the same in Henderson with the same architecture. My sister gets a ton of golf balls too. You as the home owner have to pay for golf ball damage unless you catch the golfer that does the damage. With a golf course property you do lose privacy in your backyard. I think the kitchen is again not my style. Jenn Air has a bad reputation. I know because I own a Jenn Air stove. Worse appliance I have ever owned. I will never own a Jenn Air again. I am redoing my kitchen in Monogram and Bosch which I like better than Wolf, Viking and Sub Zero. I know the home builder Pardee is starting to build modern looking track houses now but those are real small lot sizes. Their higher end homes look nice with a better flow than this home has. The flow of this house is just horrible.
Oh lordy! Pardee Cracker-box Construction Co??
I lived in a Pardee home for almost 30 years. Never again.
