Tuscany style homes are my favorite. This house has so much detail. The moldings, the art around the fireplace, that travertine tile in foyer are gorgeous. That fact that it’s a one story home is also a plus

What a beautiful home 😍l used to be a Tuscan fan that was my first love. The home is a little dark and I don’t know if that was just your camera I think I would have to paint some of the wood to make it lighter and brighter. Thanks Chakits

Beautiful home, very castle like however a bit too dark for me. Very great quality gorgeous detailing and mix of older style and new technology. Just love the attention to detail. Everything is so solid and the arched pillared hallway looking area. Wow love the theatre.

I think this home certainly has a target audience but I do not think its 3m+ id say low 2m at best, its well done but still an older home.

I love the house one of my favorite styles. I would of course change the furniture and stuff to my liking but I just don’t like all the wood. It’s too dark for me. Not enough sun can pass through. I like for it to have in the day time natural light throughout the house. To me everything glistens. Chakits your a fantastic house/detail storyteller

First early 2000's home I liked shown. I like one level homes in general and this gives me an idea of how a one level modern, 5 bed 5 bath 4800 sq ft, would be in .35 acers....lager lot in northern Atlanta but rural area. Did they update or is this from that early build?
Soon as you open the front door it was overkill. If I came home to this house everyday. I would get naked in the doorway every Friday, lol!

If I had the spare scratch, I'd DEFINITELY consider buying this beautiful house! I very much like the Tuscan inspired designs, and the color inside of this house just tops it off. To each their own, but I don't like rather pale or plain white colored interiors.

What this place needs is a small vineyard. Like wow, holly mackerel and oy vey , this is a mansion! This is tuscany done well still a bit heavy and dark. I do like modern, but this is appealing.

I think the style is designed to stand the test of time. For $3M it better. Not my style either. I love the more modern look. But in 10 years, the current modern style will look dated. This style wont ever look dated. Still dont like it lol
