The McDonalds pies during the time period of this episode were different than what they sell now. They were deep fried with a crispy golden crust instead of the current baked ones.

Great episode. The interrogation scene was great. The key lime pie talk was cool. It was great to see Sylvi... But the ending was so sad... Such a heavy ending...

Honestly, Sylvie needs to stay gone. The timeline is in shambles no thanks to her because she killed He Who Remains.
Glad we got to see Loki being the competent trickster god. He is a god after all! Should be able to walk through agents.
As the Loki variant of the 420 universe I can tell you we don’t key lime pie, we chicken pot pie, our three favorite things.
At the beginning of Episode One, when Loki was running from everybody, it was because he had appeared in the TVA's "past" when nobody knew who he was. And there has been at least one mass mind-wipe since then (Casey's comment about the damage to the floor having been there "as long as he could remember.").

Loki is such a unique show like he was already one of my favs but I am really liking seeing Loki here more and this show is so interesting and twisting I'm keen to see where we are going and yes is Kang coming into it and how they will work it in but cannot wait for more and loved this once more

Don't forget in the end of this episode (#2) sylvie has possession of the black and gold stripped talisman that controls all time. She is planning to crate her own scared time line and the current TVA is in her way. That is my speculation. How about you?

Actually, none of the TVA agents had lives on The Sacred Timeline. They were all shanghaied into the TVA when the branches that created them were pruned.
I wish Loki could have gotten his original Asgardian suit back (via using his magic outside the TVA) for the second interrogation. If Sylvie can wear hers, I figure Loki can wear his)
Maybe they need to start referring to the character from the end of time as "He Who (no longer) Survives."
I think, IMO, the person who pruned our Loki, was future Loki, because he knows it had to happen for it to HAVE happened. I don't think ( but who knows) that you can branch the TVA. (or if you CAN, it's probably too dangerous.)
In my opinion Sylvie is right now the villain. She is responsible for human extinction and is running away to live a free selfish and comfortable life... Greetings from Germany❤

You know whats crazy, the future could not just be in the loki show timeline but also further out within the mcu period. Everyone could be fighting the kang dynasty for all we know and the end leads to secret wars. Regardless, they werent there so they went somewhere. Personally i feel that all these multiverse events are happening simultaneously which is what causes secret wars to unfold but thats my theory.

I'm a little confused with this one. I understand Loki's goal is to find Sylvie, but what is he trying to do with regards to He Who Remains? Does he want all the timelines to survive which would mean all the Kangs will be coming? That doesn't make sense to me. Is he trying to keep the sacred timeline in tact so he only has one Kang to deal with? That would make more sense to me, but that would put him at odds with Hunter B-15. Can someone help me with logic on this one? What am I missing?

I really liked this episode btw this season pretty much sets up everything going forward so expect things to get a lot worse
I do not think any character is truly a hero. Loki is leaning more towards his mischievous side, Mobius prefers to be a TVA agent, the TVA can never be good but it is the last defence against Kang who is worse. Sylvie as a Loki variant, is the same.

I'm loving this season, but what I'm confused about is, so all the TVA is against pruning the timelines, yet all the branches end up creating all the variants of Kang. And all the branches are destroying the TVA..... ? So is this a forced narrative showing the moral debate? Killing people on branch timelines or destroying the TVA and allowing millions of Kang variants to have a multiverse war. Loki doesnt want to prune but also wants to stop Kangs and Save the TVA. Maybe I'm missing something.
It leads to the creation of BattleWorld the lifeboat to prevent the destruction of all reality.
I feel like so far this season is retconning key plot points from S1. Likely due to the original head writer leaving... shame but we'll see

Love the season so far, but Sylvie's new hairdo is absolutely terrible. Her old one from Season 1 was great. Did she visit Michelle William's hairdresser from the two Venom movies? 😂
