Maybe it's just the fact Owen Wilson gives off that Texas vibe, especially with the mustache, but I get the feeling where they snatched Mobius from in the sacred timeline was somewhere in the old west. He might have just gained a fascination with jet skis as a more modern version of a horse. However, I'll probably get proven wrong in a couple of episodes. We'll see.
