Having fun and that's what music is all about!
I just discovered this song playing an old LEGO game (DC vilains). Not sure why I clicked on a drum cover but sure glad I did. 👍
Thank you!
You are pretty and your drum style is good
I love your expressions xD
Haha thanks!
One of my favorite songs, awesome cover!
Thank you!
You are having so much fun!love it!
Thank you!!
I’ve played drum for 7 years. The hardest thing About this song is the timing
Yeh it's definitely pretty tricky. I find keeping four on the floor throughout the triplets in the song helps with the timing :)
Nice feel. I like your position of ride between crashes. Did you decide that felt more comfortable, or is it something you picked up from another player?
Thank you! I've just experimented moving them around over time :) I'm also used to having the ride around that position when I only play with one rack tom
hey katherine! you play so well, loved to see such a great drummer! i only have one tip: try to improve your posture when playing the drums. put your back on a straight position, try to correct it if you can otherwise you will several back problems and it helps to play with more attitude. great video :)
Thank you! Yeh its always a work on progress... sucks to have a long neck :P
Fantastic song for drumming! Figuring out how to play this song isn't quite easy (at least for me) but the result is worth it!
Absolutely!
One of my favorite songs of all time. I remember playing Need for speed Carbon for the first time and listening to this song, I felt in love with the song since then.
Definitely a fun one!
So much need for speed childhood memories, amazing cover!
Thank you!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
You are amazing. I like the way you play drums. Would you ever drum to a Cher Lloyd song? I know it’s a odd request. Can you sing and drum at the same time? How long have you played drums for
Thanks! Yeh for sure, I'll keep it in mind! Any Cher Lloyd songs in particular you like? I can, but I'm not very good at singing haha. I've been playing drums for almost 8 years.
Looks like too much fun!
It's a pretty fun song!
Fabulous
Thank you!

Thank you! Hopefully I will be uploading some more UA-cam covers in the next couple of months. Maybe check out my instagram since I'm going to be posting more on there!
hi could you give me some advise on the sticking pattern of the 2 handed highhats in the intro. i know its 1 a 2 and A etc . Appreciate it
Hi! Of course! The intro are triplets so what I would do is first count 1/4 notes then try to count triplets outloud to the song, printing drum sheet music for the song might help. If im struggling to play a certain drum beat sometimes listening and singing the drum beat (which may feel weird at first) can help! But the counting of the hi hat intro is 1 ah, 2 & ah, 3 ah, 4 & ah, try counting outloud to the music before playing it! Hopefully this helps!
@@katherinebraydrums hi mate, cheers for that. I also sussed the best sticking pattern is RR LRL RR LRL
@@gregarthur8931 Oh sorry I misread your comment! Yes I use R, RLRLR
